INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast 2 pieces
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt if needed
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp or more
Peri peri /Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
Olive oil 3-4 tbspMETHOD:
Take not completely thawed chicken breast and cut in thin slices not more than 1/2 cm in width. Cut on an angle.
Marinate it with all ingredients for about 10_15 minutes. Heat grilling pan or outdoor grill to hot. Spray nonstick spray and put chicken on it. Press it down a bit to get good grill marks. Don't be hasty let the chicken cook on one side about 3-4 min then change sides.
Take out in a plate and let it rest for sometime before cutting. You can serve it with grilled vegetables or in pita pockets as a sandwich or on sandwich itself with cheese and salad etc .
