INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
bonelss chckn Hlf kg
chilli paste 2 tblsp
ginger paste 2 tblsp
hot chili sauce 2 tblsp
schezwan chilli 2 tb sp
green chilli sauce 2 tbsp
soy sauce 2-3 drops
black ppr 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli pwdr 1/2 tbsp
1 onion chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1/2 chckn stock
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp corn flour
METHOD:
marinate d chicken with chilli paste, black ppr, nd bota masala...add egg..den shallow fry d chckn
in othr pan add oil chopped onion nd all d sauces.. take corn flour add a little water in it den add it...then add shallow fried chckn... Hlf chckn stock nd capsicum nd onion nd salt ..keep it fo 2-3 mins
heat d sizzler plate for 10 mins
den add chcken mixtur in sizzler plate
then serve
