INGREDIENTS:
Boiled potatoes-2,
Boiled cheema -150-200gms,
Spring onions finely chopped, salt, 2 eggs, lemon zest, boiled corns, coriander leaves cut into small pieces, black pepper, very lil garlic ginger paste, bread crumbs.METHOD:
Smash the boiled potatoes, add boiled cheema, spring onions, boiled corns and mix well. Then add salt, back pepper powder, lemon zest which is scraped, bread crumbs, very little garlic ginger paste, very little garam masala and mix well. Finally add egg and mix it again.
Now make into small tikkies or patties and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Fry them in a pan with less oil.
To give an extra special taste, oil and mustard oil can be used to fry.
