Chapter 38 Past x And x Future

Tia's POV (just roll with it):

I was walking back from Hunter Academy, feeling much more chipper after hearing that Y/n was okay. I was dead worried about her, and the idea of losing her made me want to cry. I couldn't believe she was out cold for so long, or anything she said.

My mind wondered to Killua. I hoped he was fine for Y/ns sake. I sighed in irritancy. He'd better get back to her quickly or he'd have to go through me.

Suddenly, I saw a familiar white haired boy walking down the road, hand in hand with a girl. She had dreadlocks and was wearing a long dress. I raised my eyebrows. What the fuck? Was he cheating on Y/n?

I jumped into action and ran over to them. I watched Killua's eyes widen as he recognised me and his face cracked into a smile.

"Tia, hey." The girl just blinked up at me.

"Killua, what the fuck?" Now they were both blinking at me.

"Hmm?" He said.

"Are you cheating on Y/n?" He stared at me, his expression neutral, before he burst out laughing. My face began to redden with anger. "What's so fucking funny?"

"Well, I'd rather not commit incest." He said with a smirk. My face got even more red, but this time from embarrassment. "Alluka, this is Tia. Tia, Alluka." I squinted at the two of them.

"Why aren't you with Y/n? She's worried sick." I asked. "She told me everything yesterday." His royal blue eyes widened yet again.

"Wait, she's awake?" I watched as a smile grew on his face.

"Yeah. She just woke up yesterday. She didn't know the circumstances, so she didn't want to call you, but she's alive and well. I know that much." He looked as if he were in a daze before he snapped out of it.

"Alluka, get on my back." He instructed. The girl jumped on, and wrapped her legs around his torso. He turned to me and grinned. "Thanks. I owe you one." Within the blink of an eye, he'd gone. I smiled to  shelf and carried on walking. Y/n better be thankful.

Killua's POV:

I knew my first priority needed to be fixing up Gon, but hearing that Y/n was safe sparked me and I knew I needed to get there as soon as I could. I knew she'd be worried about me, and Gon didn't have much time left.

I got there quickly and let Alluka off my back. I took a deep breath and looked up at the hospital. Y/n was somewhere in there, waiting for me. I opened the door and walked straight to Gon. I made Alluka bring out Something, and gave her instructions.

Suddenly, I was thrown back by the amount of nen coming out of Gon. I knew Alluka would be able to do it, but I didn't realise quite how much power needed to go into it. Before I knew it, Gon was back on his feet and was running to the election after I explained his dad was there.

As soon as I'd finished, I turned on my heels and ran down to the room where Y/n was. I was about to open the door when I hesitated for a second. I was afraid of her not loving me anymore after everything that had happened. I took a deep breath and opened the door, to where Y/n was sound asleep.

I sat on the edge of her bed and smiled to myself. She looked like an angel. Her h/l h/c hair was spread all around her, and she was as flawless as I'd remembered despite her having slept for so long.

"Y/n..." I whispered softly, moving a strand of hair from her face. "I'm sorry I left you for so long. I... Don't deserve someone like you. I hope you can forgive me." Her nose twitched as she opened her amazing e/c eyes to look up at me.

"Stupid." She said. I didn't waste any time. I grabbed her by the waist and pulled her towards me, our lips colliding. I pulled her body as close to mine as I possibly could as she wrapped her arms around my neck, deepening the kiss. Eventually we broke apart both of us breathing heavily. She gave me a smile as I played with her h/c hair.
