George double checked that all the doors and windows were locked before he ran upstairs. He slowed down and stopped at Riley's door to peek in and check on her, she laid peacefully cuddling one of her stuffed animals.

"Is she asleep?"

"She's out cold." He replied with a proud smile and wrapped his arm around Asia's shoulders. She returned his hug then pulled away from him.

"I don't think that she likes me too much."

"What?" He tilted his head slightly. "What makes you say that?"

Asia just shrugged as she made her way down the hall to their bedroom.

"Babe she hardly knows you, just give her some time okay?"

"She barely knows the guys and Vanessa or Reese!" She exclaimed quietly. "Yet she acts like as if they have been a part of her whole life!"

George sighed and fell against the bed. "I really don't know what to say, I mean maybe she notices how you are around her mom."

Asia raised a brow at him and cocked her hips out to the side, her arms crossed over her chest. She watched as George ran his hands over his face in frustration. She cleared her throat noisily. "And what in the hell do you mean by that?"

"Okay before you get pissed you have to understand how your behavior could look to Riley-"

"What behavior, George?" See asked sharply.

He sighed and pushed himself up from the bed. "I'm not doing this right now Asia."

She huffed irritated and rolled her eyes. "Just say what you have to say George."

"Okay you know what? Fine." He paused and pushed his hand through his short hair. "You've basically been verbally attacking Devin ever since she came into my life, an whenever she's around you get extremely possessive over me and talk to Devin very rudely."

"Well sorry if I don't want some tramp to steal-"

"Are you serious?! That's why you've been such a bitch lately? I can assure you that is the farthest thing from Devin's mind right now."

Once he had spoken he knew that he had messed up, Asia's eyes grew wide rage then closed. He watched as fresh tears filled her brown eyes then flick to something behind him.

"Babe I'm sorry-"

"Don't." She said pulling her hand away from his grasp. "Go to hell." She mumbled as she grabbed some of her things then stuffed them in a duffle bag.

"I'm sorry, Asia. Please don't leave!" He called after her, she just flipped him off and ran outside to her car.

"Damn it!" He yelled out into the night.

George sat in the kitchen at ten thirty the next morning while Theresa bustled around cooking breakfast for him, Danny, and Riley. All through the night George had divided his time between checking on Riley, calling Asia, and drinking until he passed out in front of Riley's bedroom. He hadn't woken until Danny had kicked his door open and had dragged him to the bathroom to sober up, whilst Theresa had stayed with Riley to keep her from seeing George in his hungover state. George was always grateful to have Danny and Theresa as friends. They always looked out for him.

"Daddy!" Riley cried, running into the kitchen with Danny close on her heels. "Save me!"

George smiled and scooped her up into his arms. She giggled and hide her face from Danny.
