**One Week Later**

"Should I make a doctors appointment?" Asia asked while she scrolled through her phone looking for the closest clinic. George shrugged his shoulders, his attention was focused on Riley as she played with Kristine and Jordon.

"George?" She frowned and waved her hand in front of his face. "Should I or not?"

"I don't know, why haven't you made one yet? Aren't you supposed to do that when you find out?"

She sighed and pushed her hand through her hair. "George, this is my first pregnancy and I don't have the slightest clue as to what I'm doing."

"Okay, so then just make an appointment. I don't know what the doc is gonna find but whatever." George told her, she huffed out of irritation then turned her attention back to her phone.

Lately he hasn't been in the greatest of moods, mainly because he was still annoyed with how Asia had been treating Devin. Well and on top of that Riley wasn't acting like her usual self, he knew that she was upset with him as well. George had noticed that her eyes were puffy from crying and she would hardly talk to Asia let alone him. Riley pretty much ignored her father and Asia as much as she could. George sighed and relaxed in his chair, continuing to watch Riley play. It was somewhere around three o'clock in the afternoon, it was pretty warm but bearable.

"Riley! I'm gonna get you!" Jordon yelled as he chased the little girl, she giggled and ducked behind Kristine. "Oh no, where did Riley go?" Jordon said dramatically then walked in a circle around Riley, pretending that he didn't see her.

George chuckled to himself as Riley jumped out from behind Kristine and yelled, "I'm right here uncle Jordy!"

Jordon smiled and scooped up the little girl into his arms as he hugged her to his chest tightly. Kristine walked up to them and began to tickle Riley's stomach causing her to laugh and squirm around in Jordon's arms.

George smiled at the sight of his best friend and the short brunette. He never pictured Jordon being the type to let go of his party boy ways and commit himself to one woman. Something about George's younger cousin seemed to mellow Jordon out and make him realize that life isn't all about the parties, booze, and groupies. He liked that Kristine balanced Jordon out and made him happy, George hoped that the couple would last and Jordon would finally settle down.

Asia looked up from her phone and saw that George was smiling happily across the yard towards Riley. A twinge of anger sparked inside of her as she saw how happy George was with another woman's child. Hopefully once she gets her first sonogram George will forget all about Riley and that slut Devin.

"I'm planning on telling my sister today." She glanced over to see what his reaction would be, his jaw tightened before taking a breath and closing his eyes.

"You didn't tell her? Would've thought she'd have been the first person."

Asia shook her head.

"She hasn't been answering her phone or returning my calls, she's probably working or something." She said with a shrug. "Have you told your parents yet?"

George shook his head side to side, his gaze still focused on Riley and his cousin. Jordon was sitting under a tree checking his phone.

"She doesn't hate you, George."

He finally pulled his gaze away from Riley to look at Asia.

"I'm not too sure about that." He replied turning back to Riley.

"George, she's a five year old little girl. She'll get over having another kid around, I know she will." She placed her hand on his and stroked his knuckles, typically that made him feel at ease but not today.
