Phil sighed a little as he lunged his suitcase in his room. He looked around the dull creamy white walls of his new room. He knew he was gonna hate it here. But then again he had no choice.

He began unpacking and keeping his clothes in the drawers so that his mum won't start yelling at him for being messy when he suddenly felt that he was being watched. He turned back but there was nobody behind him.

Phil had watched too many horror movies in his life, many of which included a cliché white family moving into a haunted house and this scared him. It's not real he calmly told himself.

"Phil, come down for dinner" he heard his dad.

Phil went downstairs. The room were full of unpacked boxes and he carefully made his way to the kitchen where his mum served him some sandwiches and his parents were jovially talking about how this place was much better than their previous one and that it was perfect.

Of course for them it was no big deal. It was Phil who had to leave all of his friends and move to completely new school where he knew nobody. He didn't even want to think what would happen tomorrow at his school and how on earth was he gonna cope with all that.

After dinner he went back to his room and decided to leave the rest of the unpacking for tomorrow. He was too tired to do anything tonight so he pulled our his laptop and scrolled through tumblr.

But he wasn't relaxed at all. There was a creepy feeling. As if he wasn't alone and that he was being watched by someone. He was being irrational but at the same time he couldn't kick off the feeling.

When he went to the sleep he pulled the duvet over his face but it still felt like a minimal protection. Phil wished this eery feeling would go away soon.

The next morning he was too busy worrying about his day in the school to give a thought about what had happened last night. His stomach felt as if it was on fire due to the nervousness and no amount of water could stop it.

He sat down on the bed adjusting his tie as it was too tight and then he sat still for a minute or two when he felt a cold feeling on his right hand as if he had touched snow. He moved immediately completely freaked out when he heard his mum's voice.

"Honey come on I'll drop you"

"Coming" Phil stuttered grabbing his backpack and running down.

"Are you all right Phil?" his mother asked when she saw a breathless Phil in front of her.

"Yeah mum I am fine. Let's go" he said and they got into the car.

By the time Phil had reached the building he had calmed down a bit but the nervousness of going to the new school returned.

"Have a good day love" his mum said as she pecked his cheek.

"You too mum" he mumbled as she drove away.

With a deep breath Phil walked in to the building. He walked in almost without anyone noticing when he bumped into a guy knocking him down who looked enraged when he saw him.

"What the fuck is wrong with you emo?" he yelled as his friends helped him up.

"I am sorry" Phil murmured. "I didn't see you"

"Of course you didn't you stupid freak" the boy yelled before walking away.

Phil almost teared up at his words but he had to keep himself calm so he wiped his face and went to the reception and got his schedule for the day.

"Have a good day" the woman at the reception said with a smile

Of course he was going to have a great day.
