Kelly's P.O.V
Currently I am getting ready for my second date with Luke. He said to dress comfortably. I have no idea what that means. Eventually I get Adelaide to help me and she dressed me in a cherry-red top, white leather jacket with fringing, black jeans and black converse. 'If that's not comfortable I don't know what is' Adelaide says as she stands back to admire her work. 'Leave your hair down, it's nicer and put a dab of this on' She says and hands me a tub of sparkly clear lip gloss. The doorbell goes and I get all nervous. I go down and open the door to see Luke leaning against the lamp post. He stares at me wide eyed. 'What is it?' I ask. 'You look great' He says and links my arm. I giggle. I feel like I'm in the old days. He linked my arm and practically dragged me to his car. I giggled again. Eager much. For some reason that thought made my stomach clench but I shook the feeling off. I got in the passenger side and Luke drove to a bowling alley. Ah so that's why he wanted me to dress comfortable. He pays for our shoes. Mine are a hideous green and blue colour. Luke's are worse. His are brown and bright red. We lace them up and go to the furthest lane. I secretly kick butt at bowling but I don't tell him that. Half an hour later and I'm winning 83 to 66. He scowls at me but I just wink. Something flashes in his eyes but I can't figure what it is. We go and get hot dogs. I sigh. 'This was really fun' I say. 'Good, I'm glad but I think we have to get you home now' He sighs. I nod. The car ride home is silent. I haven't noticed how dark it was until then. Luke walks me up to my front door. 'Thank you for a great date' I say and he nods. 'Kelly, I've been meaning to ask you' He pauses. 'Yes?' I ask. 'Will you..... a... will you be my girlfriend?' He asks. I grin widely. 'Yes' I say. He smiles broadly. I suddenly realise the space between us is closing in. My eyes flutter closed and his lips press gently on to mine. Fireworks explode in my stomach and I shiver. I kiss him back and he drags me closer, deepening the kiss. I moan slightly and wrap my arms around his neck. His hands run gently up and down my side and I shiver. We break apart and just stand there, panting. 'Goodnight' I say and go in, closing the door behind me. Successful date number 2. I love my life.
