Lucky's POV

"Riiiiiiiiiinnnnng" I was awaken by my alarm clock..Oh! 6:30 am..but how could it be??..it seems like I only sleep for a couple of hours?!

Im sleepless last night you know ..I mean I had a hard time closing my eyes..and the reason is..

Andree Camille Lapidario Bonifacio..

I was imagining things..

Like how cute she pout when she's upset..

The way she laugh when she's overwhelmed..

The way she giggle..

Her angelic voice when she sang..

The waaaaayy......

Oh! boy it's already 6:45a.m in the clock..so that means I was thinking about her again like 15mins!!

Tsk!! Tsk!! I guess I need to see a psychologist with regards to my case..

I got down on my bed and walk towards the bathroom..

After a while..I'm almost ready to go to school..

I went down stair and saw my parents having their breakfast with my younger brother Carlitos at our dinning hall..I move out a chair n joined them..

"Hey buddy! good morning" my dad Ro greeted me..

"Morning dad..Morning mom..Morning Carlitos..I greeted them at once..

"Morning son/ Morning Kuya" mom and Carlitos greeted me back in duet..

Oh! Carlitos is almost 4 years old..but he's talking like he's 10..great brother isn't it??..

My mom Angel put foods on my plate when she begun to ask me..

"Hey! what happened to your eyes, it has dark circle around..and it seems swollen, did you get some sleep??" she sounded so worried..

I was astonished for a second..how can I tell them that I had a hard time sleeping last night because I was thinking AC over and over..oh! great! I should put on a best alibi..

"aahh..this?? (wiping my eyes)..ahmm..you see Mom..I had hard time studying last night..you know students life..assignments..project."

My mom just look at me with unconvinced face..but she nodded..

"Is that so? " my dad commented

"Yes dad, you know I am aiming again for Rank 1..so I have to study harder"

"Diba kuya ate AC is the Rank 1 last school year in you landed on 2nd Rank??" Carlitos bubbling..he's so matabil..but I love him dearly..I love being his older brother..

"Yeah" I answered as I play the bacon on my plate..

"So your competing again this year??" he ask again..haaaayyy..can somebody get a scotch tape so I can shut him up..

But the question hits my me..yeah..we're competitors again..but I don't feel that way and I know it goes thesame with her..

"Wether it's AC or your kuya Lucky will be on the Rank 1 this year, the happiness is still thesame, because your ate AC is like our daughter" my dad answered talking to Carlitos..great dad! I owe you one!

Carlitos just shrugged his shoulder and continue eating..

As soon as I finished my meal I stood up and kiss mom's check..dad will be driving me to school..dad also kiss mom's check..

Carlitos insisted he will go with us..tsss 😜

"Bye mom" as me and Carlitos bid goodbye..

"Bye mga anak..bye Hon..you drive safely okay..she reminded dad..and a lot of reminders..well..we kinda use to it..
