Part 10: Confuse

AC's POV

As I entered inside our home, I lean my back against the door, close my eyes and hold my chest while feeling it's beating. It's pounding beyond normal.

I don't know what I'm feeling right now. A mix of embarrassed and.... excitement??!!

I exclaimed as I realize it, but why? Excited for what??!!

"Oh Ate your here" I heard Ace voice out of nowhere.

I could almost jump out of scaredness

"Hey! Ace!  you scared me out"!

"Huh?! I just said you're here, what's wrong with it?, Im just setting nearby when I saw you here standing, and why your holding your chest ate, do you have an heart illness??"

Heart illness?, maybe I have, because I can't figure it out what I'm feeling right now.

"Hoy ateh?! your spacing out"

"Huh?!! no! no! I told Ace while waving my hands.

I run towards the stair and climb up as fast as I could, went directly in my room and trow my self above my bed.

"What's happening to me?" I ask myself over and over again, " I shouldn't be acting like this"

While I'm figuring things out a sounding knock knock awaken me from my thoughts.

"Come in" I told to whoever's knocking outside my door.

And I saw dad so I got up.

"Hey dad, what is it?" I ask daddy thinking he'l be needing something.

"Nothing, I haven't seen you a while ago, so I came by, how's your day? he ask me while caressing my hair.

"Ahmm..I have a great day dad, we went to the Mall this afternoon with Lucky and our friends, u know strolling around," I told dad excluding the embarrassing moment happened of course.

"That's nice to hear, how's Lucky?"

"He's good, maybe" as I shrugged my shoulder

"It's good thing you still remain Bestfreind after all this years"

I just give my sweetest smile to dad.

Yeah, Bestfreind, that undeniable reality hit me big time.

We should remain as it is.

Then Mommy Cherry walk in, telling us that dinner is served, so we go down together.

I'm glad I have the Best Mom and Dad.

Then Ace came to the dinning table bringing his MVP medal he just won from the interschool soccer competition. What a great family I have, and I couldn't ask for anything more.

The whole dinner went out so much fun because dad ang mom tell us stories how they end up with each other and how dad courted mom. It made me realize that every princess has her own prince.

One day il create my own love story.

Lucky's POV

I saw mom and dad in the living room watching TV as I entered our house.

"I'm home mom,dad" I acknowledge them my presence and went directly upstair so I could change.

I went down again for the dinner. Just like our usual dinner were informing each other the happening of our day.

All of a sudden dad asked me

"How's AC son?"

I was stunned for a moment and answered

"I think she's perfectly fine dad, we went to the Mall today with other friends because afternoon classes are suspended"

"Oh! that's great"

"Tell her to come and visit us this Sunday I'll bake her favorite strawberry cake" mom said with excitement

I just nodded

After dinner I went back to my room and had my night rituals.

I am lying on my bed when I suddenly remember the kiss.

I automatically hold my lips. I could still feel AC's soft lips. I close my eyes and remembered that moment.

I feel the chill that tickles inside me. Can't help but to smile.

God if that's a mortal sin then I'm ready to be nailed but I won't regret what I did.

That was my real first kiss.

While that scene keeps playing in my mind I doze off to sleep. I guess Il be having one of my best night.
