Part 13: Getting to know

AC's POV

I am setting in one of the bench here in the school garden, I am currently waiting for Lucky because they still have a meeting with his groupmates with  regards to their project and yeah! we're not groupmates.

I was keeping myself busy with the book I'm reading when suddenly

"Hi" a familiar voice approached me standing in my front, because I could see his branded rubber shoes

So I look him up, and smile after knowing who he is

"Hey Brace" I move a little at my side trying to accommodate him to seat down, and he does.

"What are you doing here, you're not one of the students here that's for certain, and good thing we didn't bump into each other again" I added

"Yeah! I do home studies, but my sister is studying here, so I am pitching her home, and yeah I'm glad too we didn't " he responded smiling causing his dimple to show

"Haha..I laugh a bit of his last word
" Oh!my friend told me your a celebrity, is it true?"

He just give me his boyish smile" Well, yeah" he answered briefly

"Aren't you afraid of the Fandom here?" I asked him just to have a topic to talk about

"Nah! this University is used with celebrities you know, most of the students here, if not models or celebrities, are sons and daughters of the famous politocians" he said

"Really?!" I said in surprised because I didn't know that one, when we transferred here were only after for their academic standing, I guess Freshgroove University has more than that! I should have known it.

"And you can't study here if you didn't won a certain famous contest, that is one of their requirements if your not one of those being mention earlier  " he added

So thats explain why we are able to study here, because we won lots of dance contest internationally.

"I see" I just smile at him after that sudden realization. "So your sister is also a celebrity or any of those?" I asked him

"Yeah, she does a commercial" he replied

"Ikaw, what do you do?" he also asked me

"Ahm,, I'm a dancer, we used to compete internationally with Lucky"

"So you two knew each other that long?" he said

"Yeah, like we're still in our moms tummy" I said laughing a bit

"Great! so u really know each other well"

"Ohm..yeah! like whether his upset, happy, or not in mood, you know things like that" I said while trying to recall if there's something I forgot to mention about Lucky

Then we talked about random things, and I begun to know a little bit more about him aside from being a celebrity. He's fun to be with.

After a while,

"Ahm AC can we be friends? He said like a grade schooler boy.

"Sure, why not, I love having lot of friends" I responded happily. I don't have much friends here because most of my friends are in Canada.

Afterwards, I saw Lucky coming to us

In his Poker Face!!

Lucky's POV

Right after our group discussion, I immediately stood up and grab my bag. AC texted me she's waiting in the school garden.

I walk as fast as I could, afraid she might be bored by now.

But to my dismay, she's definitely in mood talking to a guy, and laughing like they're super close!

It made me transform into my Poker Face!!

Then she notice me coming to her because she's waving her hands on me.

"Did I wait you long?" I asked her not minding the guy who sat beside her.

"No no, not at all, Brace keep me accompanied" she said while looking at Brace.

I saw Brace smile at her on the corner of my eyes.

So he is the Brace that AC is talking about huh.

"Hey! I'm Brace" he extended his hands for a shakehands.

Out of a good manner and right conduct which I practice often, I receive his hands (shaking hands)

"Lucky" I respond shortly, I'm not in a mood to chitchat right now.

"Great! you two knew each other nah" AC said happily

I look at her and told her will be going because it's getting darker.

"Okay" she said and stood up immediately

"We'll be going ahead of you dude" I told Brace and he nodded.

"Bye AC nice talking to you, see you around next time" Brace added

"Yeah, sure, see when I see you" AC replied
