Part 40: Right here! Right now!

Lucky's POV

Days had passed quickly that we barely notice. Everyday I see to it that AC would feel the love I felt for her, like bringing her a long stem yellow tulips, or bringing her snacks and the lots. But still, I wasn't able to tell her what I really felt inside.

It's dismissal time, I notice AC stood up hurriedly and told me to wait for her in the library because she has something to do.

She didn't even wait for me to say anything, she move out in the classroom quickly.

AC's POV

I receive a message form Brace stating he's waiting for me in the school garden. He wanted to see me and to talk to me for the last time. So I agreed.

Right after our last subject for the afternoon, I told Lucky to wait for me in the library. I am in a hurry so I won't take longer.

I saw Brace setting in one of the benches, he seems occupied with thoughts, he didn't even notice me coming. I hurriedly approaching him.

"Brace!"

He seems surprise "Yeah, AC..hey! thank you for seeing me"

"Hey, don't mention it, we're still friends, you know"

"Thank you for considering me one, and I want to apologize the way I acted last time."

I smiled at him "No worries, I understand"

"So still friends?" Brace offer his hands and smile at me

I accepted his hands also with a smile "Yeah, friends" we shake hands

We talk a little more, before I bid him goodbye. I know Lucky is waiting for me in the Library. When I'm about to leave, something went inside my eyes. Napuwing ako!

"Ouch! I exclaimed, it's alittle bit painful, so I rub my eyes.

"Hey, let me look at it" Brace told me, he hold my chin upward so he could take a look closer in my eyes. He lean downward and blow an air into my eyes, that something suddenly dissappeared. I blinked my eyes rapidly. When I'm about to bid Brace goodbye again I saw Lucky standing not so far behind Brace. He's face seems hurt. I notice his jaw tightened!He then turned her back and leave. No! not again! I bid goodbye to Brace quickly. I will fallow Lucky.

"Brace, thank you for the help, I'll be going" and run towards Lucky's direction.

Lucky's POV

I'm actually waiting for AC in the library when I notice she takes longer. I went out in the library and decide to look for her in the campus. As I am walking, I saw one of our clasmate and asked if she saw AC. She directed me to the school garden, she also added that AC is talking to a guy. I feel nervous and at thesame time wary.

I walked towards the garden hurriedly. I saw her..I saw him..I saw them..Brace is kissing AC,,in the broad delight! My heart is ripping apart! I clinch my fist! I want to smash that guy's face!

AC saw me, so I hurriedly turn my back before I could do something bad to that guy. I walked fast heading to the exit.

"Lucky wait!" I heard AC's voice behind me, she seems running. I didn't turn around, instead I walked faster than I did a while ago.

"Lucky please, stop!"AC is shouting behind. I don't care, I'm hurt!

When she suddenly grab my shoulder and span me to face her.

"What's your problem?!" she asked

I just looked at her in the eyes but didn't say anything.

"Lucky look, it's not what you think it is" she said
