A man in black came running in with a rifle in his hand. I quickly hid behind a tree as he began to fire, the bullets impaling into the tree. I could feel it vibrate as the bullets hit it.

I couldn't do anything now that he was firing. He should run out of bullets soon, he'll need a second to reload and while he does that, I'll attack. The moment came soon and I leaped out, my eyes glowing.

I slammed my fist into his skull. He staggered back, the bullets falling out of his hand. I grabbed the rifle and slammed it into his head, he fell on the ground, blood trickling down his forehead.

I saw two more come and I quickly ran into the trees. I heard more gunshots and explosions. Using the dark as my cover, I bounded into the trees. The men stopped shooting, looking for me. I grabbed one man by the back of his collar and slammed him against the tree. Then I kicked the back of the second man's knee, causing his knees to buckle. I punched his skull, knocking him out clean.

I kicked both their guns away and then I ran back to find my friends. I found Tess first, but before I could run to her, I felt someone grab my arm. I slammed my foot against their leg and with a cry, they let me go. I kicked their chest and they went sprawling.

I saw a guy was running to Tess. Tessa was too busy with another to notice. I sprinted over tackled him. I punched his face and jumped off him, running over to help Tess.

I saw a bomb a few feet away. I grabbed the man who Tess was fighting and yanked him to the bomb. He flew into the air and landed a dozen feet away.

Then someone knocked Tess out. "Tessa!" I yelled. Someone slammed into me. I fell on the ground with a grunt. I rolled over to see a man standing there with a gun. His finger was on the trigger.

As he was about the shoot, I kicked his gun up with my foot, sending the bullet up in the air. I grabbed the gun and slammed the handle into his neck. He choked and I slammed the butt of the gun into his head.

I ran to Tessa, who was out cold. Dark red blood dripped down her forehead as I shook her shoulders. "Tessa!" I called. "Tessa get up! TESS!" She stirred but didn't open her eyes. Then at the corner of my eye, I saw another man with a gun. I ducked as the bullet came and it hit the tree next to me. He shot again but I dodged once again.

I jumped up, zigzagging so he wouldn't have a definite shot. Then as I got close enough, I knocked the gun out of his hands, knocking him out. There were only a few left.

I heard the boys fighting a few yards away. I patted Tessa again. Her eyes opened and she groaned as I helped her up. We hobbled up and walked forward, unfortunately, we didn't get far when someone pushed me down for the hundredth time. There were more of them then I expected. We both went rolling onto the ground.

I jumped back up as our attacker ran at me, forcing myself to leave Tessa for a second. I stepped to the side and I put my foot out, tripping him. He fell on the floor. I grabbed his ankle and threw him in the air. He slammed into a tree. I saw Liam holding a half-unconscious Ronnie. Then I saw a man with a gun.

"Liam, DUCK!" I screamed. He immediately dropped down, just as the man fired. I jumped away myself, but not quick enough. The bullet impaled into my arm and I screamed in pain. I fell to the ground, holding the bleeding wound. It stung and I saw a bit of smoke flow out and die down after a second. It'll heal. It'll heal, I said to myself, my eyes pricking with tears from the blinding pain. But it wasn't. I tried to stand but the pain made me double over.

I heard the man scream. Liam came over, laying Ronnie on the ground beside me.

"Are you ok?" He asked.

"No," I said. "Get Ronnie and Tess! Get out of here!"

"I'm not leaving you!" He exclaimed determinedly. Someone grabbed his shoulders, pulling him back. Then I felt hands pull me up roughly and began to pull me back too. I tried to fight back but it was useless with the bullet embedded into me and they were incredibly strong.

"No!" He yelled as the man pinned him down. "Don't touch her!"

I screamed Liam's name. "Stop! Let me go!" I thrashed and cried. "Liam!" I sobbed.

I felt a needle poke into my neck and I fell into a cold, empty darkness.
