Wednesday: 9:50 am
Ariana's POV
After me and Taylor dropped the kids off at daycare and school, we got some Starbucks then came back home. There was a note from Sean that said he took Jaidon to the studio and he'll be back in a couple hours.
"So, what do you wanna do?" I ask.
"Let's just chill and watch Netflix."
"Oh, I see what you did there. I'll go make some popcorn." I go into the kitchen and grab the popcorn out of the cabinet.
"Ow!" Taylor yells.
"What did you do this time?"
"I hit my toe on the coffee table. It hurt."
"Duh. What else would you say ow for? Just hurry up and pick something. Why are you walking around anyway?"
"Why are you talking to me anyway?"
"Whatever." I put the popcorn in the microwave and get on my phone.
The microwave beeps and I take the popcorn out. After making 2 more bags, I go into the living room and see Taylor has picked American Horror Story.
"We're almost done! Let's finish this shiz."
"That's not the correct word but whatever."
"Would you like me to say the correct word?"
"No. Just shut up and press play." The show continues because of my voice.
"Shiz nits, I forgot this was voice controlled."
"I like shiz nits."
45 Minutes Later
The doorbell rings and I get up to answer it.
"Pause it!" I say to Taylor as the show pauses on its own.
Taylor follows behind me and I open the door.
"Hey Ariana."
"Oh umm, Hi Jai."
"Hello Taylor. How are you 2 ladies on this fine Wednesday morning?"
"We're doing fine. Ok, I'm just gonna ask, did you kill Sean?"
"No, of course not. Why would you think something crazy like that, mate?"
"I know, I'm sorry. I just had a really bad dream that you killed him so we could get back together. I'm really sorry for thinking you would do that."
"Its ok. I totally understand. I just came to make things right."
"What do you mean? Things are right."
"I know, but things are really awkward between us. I just wanted to make sure we were still friends."
"Of course. I love you."
"Wait, what?"
"As a friend. Stop acting stupid, Jai. You know how I roll."
"Wow, this is weird. Well, now that we're good, I think I'm gonna leave."
"Ok, bye. Love ya, babe."
"Uh, love you too."
"Ariana, you're so weird."
"I know. Let's go try to finish before we have to pick up Mackenzie."
"We don't have to pick her up until 3:00 pm. Oliver too. 3rd grade and lower went on a field trip today. Sean's picking them up anyway. Didn't you see the back of the note?"
"Oh. I'm stupid. Let's go finish then."
3 Hours Later
"We're finally finished! We need to celebrate. Girls day out. Let's go to the spa!" I yell.
"Ok. I'm gonna go get dressed."
25 Minutes Later
We arrive at the spa and get out.
"Welcome to Sparkling Sands Spa. Do you have a reservation?"
"No, we just came in. Is that a problem cause I have a lot of money."
"No, no. It's not a problem. Actually, we have plenty of time. Let's get you in right now. Would you like the full package? It includes a mani-pedi, mud bath, facials, and massages."
"Definitely, that sounds amazing."
"Understood. Please follow me." She leads us into a room and gives us robes.
"Change into these and put your hair up."
"They're so soft!" I squeal.
"I'll leave you in here to change."
"Are you drunk?" Taylor asks.
"No, of course not."
"Are you... on crack?"
"No!"
"Ok, just making sure."
