A/N I know this kinda came out of nowhere but I thought it was appropriate for the family, and I needed something to write about.
Sunday: 4:45 pm
Taylor's POV
"Come on, come on, come on." Ariana says, rushing the kids into the black limo that will be taking us to the venue.
"Ari, calm down. You're too hyped up." Sean says.
"I'm sorry. I don't want to be late. I need pictures on the red carpet with the whole family."
"I understand but the show doesn't start for 45 minutes and we are literally 15 minutes away."
"Ok. I should calm down. Sometimes I get nervous at these award shows. Livin' Life Landri is nominated for favorite TV show. I mean, I already know we're gonna win because I Kay have hired someone to see who won and it was us."
"You're so disrespectful." I add.
"I won favorite female singer, I mean, obviously. Taylor, congratulations. You won favorite new artist of the year."
"Wait, what? You're so respectful. That's cool."
"Yeah. We're sitting next to the Kardashian's. We're gonna take up, like, the first 2 rows in the front."
Ariana's phone begins ringing and she answers it.
"Hello?"
"Hi. Are we on speaker?" It's mom.
"Yeah."
"Ok. We just wanted to wish you guys luck and let you know that even know we're not there, were still watching on TV. Lexi's here, Ari."
"Hi Lex!"
"Hey Ari! Good luck."
"Thanks. We have to go now. They're turning on a camera in here in, like, 5 minutes."
"Ok. Bye, love you."
"Love you too!" Ariana hangs up and the driver opens the sound proof divider.
"Camera's on in 10 seconds." He says.
"Thanks." Ariana says.
The red light over the divider that says 'Recording' comes on and Ariana smiles. Our job is to explain what we're doing and what we're planning to do. I don't see how it's necessary but Ariana agreed to it anyway.
"Hey, we're the Grande-Anderson family and we're on the way to the 2017 Kids Choice Awards!"
"As you can see, the theme is black, blue, and white. I'm planning not to get smiled, but hey, it's not impossible. We were nominated for Favorite TV Show, I was nominated for Favorite Female Singer, Taylor was nominated for Favorite New artist of the Year!"
"I sure was and I'm dead set on winning." I put 2 thumbs up and smile in the camera.
"She's so stupid." Ariana whispers.
5:30 pm
"So, that's it. We'll see you at the KCA'S!" The sign goes off and I take the smile off my face.
"Finally." I sigh.
"Time for some red carpet. Kim texted me and asked if we wanted to do a huge 2 big family photo. I obviously said yes because that's awesome." Ariana smiles.
"Yay, North. I haven't seen her in a while." Karmani says.
"Yeah. North said she wants to sit next to you and stand next to you in the picture." Ariana replies as we get out to flashing lights and screaming.
