Steven quickly followed Fredbear outside. Alexandrite was groaning in pain. She quickly got up when she saw Fredbear approaching. Fredbear knocked Alexandrite down to the ground and kicked her. Was Alexandrite losing??? "You may be tough,", Fredbear sneered. "But I'm going to end you anyways". Fredbear punched Alexandrite and she started glowing. She was unfusing! Her face cracked up and she let out a last roar. Bang! 3 gems laid on the ground. Fredbear picked them up and went inside. He shoved them into 3 cages that were in the prize box. He saw Steven, but before Steven could run, Fredbear grabbed him by the shirt and threw him into another cage. Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and Marionette were in other cages too. "They failed", Steven whimpered. "The Crystal gems never have lost before.... Only when the homeworld gems came." He stared outside and beyond his bars. Marionette's face was bowed down in fear and grief that they had lost. Bonnie was playing a harmonica that made a sad song. Chica was curled up in her cage corner. Foxy was whispering something and humming dum dum dee dum. Was this the end? Steven wished that he could get out of that miserable cage. It was gloomy and dark in the prize box. Fredbear was upstairs laughing his victory. Steven heard a weird sound and he turned to his right. Pearl and the Crystal gems were regenerating! In Garnet's cage, Ruby and Sapphire were hugging each other, afraid that something might separate them
