“we’ll leave you guys alone” Pattie says in a loving way. Excited and not knowing how Justin is going to look like you take a deep breath and open the door seeing he’s already sitting up in bed and has a large band aid on his head, in a way it looks kind of funny and you chuckle when you see him. Justin turns his head when he hears you and frowns a brow, “what’s so funny?” he asks a bit annoyed.

“you and the way you look, you look like half a mummy” you say bursting out in laughter, you don’t know why you’re laughing so hard, probably all the stress from the past couple of hours. Justin still looks annoyed but you see the corners of his mouth going up, “this isn’t funny you know,I have a splitting headache” he says trying to be serious but failing and bursts into laughter too. You both probably look like complete idiots from outside.

“thank you for saving my life baby” he suddenly says serious putting you back with both feet on earth and realizing what happened.

“I just did what I had to do and I’m glad I found you in time, I can’t bare the thought what would have happened if I didn’t”

“don’t do this to yourself, I’m fine now” he says sweet when he sees the tears surfacing your eyes. He puts out his hand and you walk over to him falling into his arms and promising yourself never to leave him alone till all this is over. All these different emotions you have been feeling over the past couple of days are so exhausting, “I think we deserve some vacation when you’re better” you say out of the blue but basically just wanting some time alone away from this all as far as possible.

“you know what, I think you’re right but  the police talked to me and  I have to make a statement about what happened when I get out of hospital”. You sit up and look at him “yeah what actually happened?” you ask. Justin positions himself in his bed making room for you to come sit next to him and he wraps his arm around your shoulder, taking a breath he start telling what happened.

“well when I got outside the hotel someone grabbed me from behind and dragged me to the back of the hotel, they put a rag over my mouth to keep me from screaming for help” you listen attentively and in shock but you let him finish before asking questions.

“there was another guy waiting behind the hotel and he put a needle in my thigh and before I knew it I was out cold, the doctor later told me it was a strong sedative and a muscle relaxer like you get when you’re in surgery” he continues, your brain is working overtime trying to figure out who it was, you’re starting to doubt it was your father but those questions are for later, you put your attention back to Justin.

“after a few minutes I woke up and was tied up and blindfolded on the ground so I couldn’t see who it was but I heard them talking, I then tried to pull myself lose but it was like my whole body was numb”. The only thing going through your mind while listening to Justin is who the hell besides your father would want to hurt Justin.

“I know what you’re thinking and no I didn’t recognize your father’s voice nor did I see him anywhere” he says as if he can read your mind. It’s probably the frown on your forehead giving away you’re deep in thought.

“sorry, please go on” you say smiling. But your mind is working at full speed, you’re shocked to hear what he went through and you’re dying to know who did this, even if he said he didn’t see or hear your father you can’t shake off the feeling that somehow he had something to do with it.

You take Justin’s hand and squeeze it lightly letting him know he can continue

“I didn’t know then what they gave me but they made sure I couldn’t fight back, they picked me up and put me on my feet but they weren’t strong enough to carry me so they dragged me into the woods on my arms, I tried to scream but I couldn’t “. At this point you don’t know if you want to hear the rest, you’re already in tears.  “are you okay ?” Justin asks worried when he sees a tear rolling over your cheek.
