I've always loved those fairy tales, where somehow in the end the princess ends up with a happy ever after. I've always wanted to have that kind of relationship, but Shawn's always found a way to ruin it, he's been partying latterly and I'm scared for him, most of the time he comes back so drunk he ends up asleep on the floor.
I signed him up for a rehab session that will take place over a couple months. I haven't seen him latterly because they make the patient have to stay there so they can't restart what they are trying to stop. Yh it's been hard and I miss him being around but I know he's getting the help he needs, the help he wants. I don't want you thinking to bad of Shawn, he's an amazing person, but the partying turned him into something horrible, I knew it was hurting him, seeing me getting annoyed with his behaviour, somedays he would just cry and share his true emotions with me, but as soon as he was asked to go out, he would forget about our convocation.
But that's the past, Shawn's course is over and he's coming back today and I would be lying if I said I'm not scared. I cleaned up the house just in time to hear the door open, my body shocked so quickly I started sweating and shaking in nerves. When I saw him, he looked like him, the old him before the partying, nice clean hair, flawless face, nice skin tone, unchapped lips, his eyes not red like a bulls, he was beautiful, most definitely the prince from a Disney movie.
Everything was going perfect until I heard his voice. "Hey y/n"
