I wake up to the doorbell ringing and quietly get out of bed without waking Sarah up, to walk by my moms room to see if she's awake and she's still sound asleep in her bed. I rush down to the front door and I open it to see some random guy with brown hair and a little bit of facial hair. He's holding a bouquet of multicolored tulips with a note attached to them. "Here ya go." he says and hands me the flowers then walks back to his car and takes off leaving me very, very confused. "Um, okay?" I close the door and walk into the living room. I'm just about to read the note as the doorbell rings again. Is the same guy back? I open the door, again, and see Niall, holding a bouquet of white roses.
"Hi, Niall." I smile and it comes out as more of a question than a statement.

"Hey, Jess!" he hands me the flowers. "Theeeeese are for you. Can I come in?" He steps a little closer to me until I nod. He walks straight into the kitchen and begins rummaging through the fridge.

"Um, Niall? Can we talk in the living room?" I ask him, closing the front door.

"Yeah, sure." He closed the fridge and walks into the living room as his phone rings. "Hello?"
"Yeah, come on over. I'm here right now."
"Okay, see you soon, Liam."

"Who's Liam, and why is he coming over here?" I realize I'm still in my pj's and I haven't brushed my hair, making me look like a rat.

"Liam, the one who dropped off those flowers right before me," he points to the tulips sitting next to the roses on the couch. I sit down on the couch, criss cross and Niall comes and sits next to me as I run my fingers through my hair to help calm it.

"Oh, that's who that was? I didn't know who he was." Niall puts the flowers on the table to make room for Liam, I guess.

"Yeah, that was Liam. Anyway, he's coming over by the way." The doorbell rings. "Oh, that must be him." Niall hops up from the couch to answer the door. Soon after, he walks back into the living room with Liam right behind him, and they both sit on the couch next to me with Niall in the middle.

"So, do y'all wanna tell me what this flower bringing is about?" I gesture toward the flowers on the table.

"No." Niall smiles and puts his arms around the back of the couch.

"Liam?" I look towards Liam asking him the same question.

"Um," Liam looks towards Niall as if to ask permission, but Niall is still staring off into nowhere day-dreaming about God knows what, probably food.

"Well," Liam pauses again and looks at the floor. This guy is pretty shy, how the heck is he friends with Niall? "Well, Harry wanted me to bring the tulips for you. And-and Louis wanted Niall to bring the roses for you." Liam looks back up at me. "They wanted us to come at different times since they didn't want to bring the flowers themselves, I don't know why, but me and Niall knew that we were both bringing flowers. You know what I mean, right?" he looks a little scared.

"Uh, yeah thanks for explaining, Liam." I look back to Niall as Liam goes back to staring at the floor uncomfortably. "Niall?" I snap my fingers in front of his face to bring him back to reality.

"Yeah?" Niall jumps a little and smiles at me, then looks towards Liam, then back at me. "What?" he asks again with a smile still on his face.

"So Harry and Louis sent y'all to bring me flowers?" I ask Niall, since now Liam is in his own world, still staring at the floor.

"Yeah." he's still smiling. We hear someone walking down the stairs and look to find Sarah half awake and trying to calm her bed-head down.

"Hi!" She says more excitedly than she looks. "I'm Sarah, nice to meet y'all." She waves at Niall and Liam and continues into the kitchen.

"Okay, did they tell you what the flowers were about?" I ask and bring their attention back to me.

"Well, Louis said he was sorry for whatever he did wrong and thought he should get you roses cuz he thought you would like them." Niall explains.

"Yeah, and Harry thought that you would like tulips and he also thought he did something wrong and he's sorry for making you mad and stuff." Liam trails off his words, still staring at the floor.

"Hmm." I say. "Well, thanks for coming by then." I stand up to escort them out the door.

"Yeah, sure." Niall says and they stand up to walk out the front door, luckily Niall didn't take any food this time.

I put the flowers in two seperate vases and walk upstairs to put them in my bedroom. My mom walks in shortly after I'm done changing my clothes and Sarah is now typing on her computer. "Who brought you these?" She touches and sniffs the flowers on my desk.

"Niall brought the roses that are from Louis, and Liam brought the tulips that are from Harry." I explain.

"Well, my daughter really has some handsome young men on her tracks." my mom giggles.

"Yeah, I guess." I laugh along with her. "I'm gonna go get some lunch." I state and think about where I could go.

"Okay, be safe." my mom trails back into her bedroom.

I put my shoes on and grab my keys after having a short conversation with Sarah. I decide to go to the little coffee shop on the corner, since Harry may or not be here. If he is, I will definitely ask him about the flowers, but if he's not, I can enjoy my food in peace. I walk in and notice that Harry is in fact not at work today by the looks of a young ginger taking my order with the name tag of "Ed." I order an intriguing sandwich that looks delicious and my favorite coffee drink. I sit outside after I purchase everything and read my book that I brought along with me to make sure I wouldn't get bored by just sitting outside and staring at the concrete. After I'm full with my lunch and after I quickly text Sarah, I drive to the grocery store and get some stuff that we need back home. I'm driving again towards the house with some grocery bags in the trunk and all of a sudden, everything goes black.
