There's a video of me and Jimmy at his show. Of me staring at him and smiling then he sings to me looking at me dead on. Everyone's tweeting it to me and Francesco. I hope he doesn't see it. I mean I have nothing to hide I just don't want him to be upset and I know he will be.
"Babe what's this video people keep tagging me in?" Francesco asked. Shitt. "It's just a video of me at Jimmy's concert. Nothing important." "Okay" he said clicking on the video. Ughhhh. He watches it then looks at me "was this back when y'all were dating ? Or was this from a few days ago?" "A few days ago. why.." He shakes his head then says "Just wondering."
Francesco and I are watching tv, it's 12:30 pm. We're waiting for my mom and dad, and Chuck to get up so we can go get lunch. My phone starts ringing I check it and see "Blake" pop up. "Hey." I answered. "Hey Lana. How're you?" "I'm fine. You?" "I'm ok. We haven't talked since the other day... And that didn't get resolved." "I know...I've been busy trying to fix everything with me and Francesco." I said blaming it on Blake. "Did you fix things?" "Yes, thank God." "Yeah, well I miss you and I'm sorry again." "It's all good Blake, I'm over it." I said.
"Okay good, well I'll talk to you soon ok?" "Okay,cya." "Bye" Chuck walks out dressed and with her makeup on "let's go I'm so hungry!" She said. "We've been waiting on you!" Francesco laughs. "Mom and dad aren't out here yet?" She sighed sitting on the sofa next to me. "Nope" I replied. "Lana go wake them up." "Fineeeee" I said getting up.
Chucks POV
"So has Lana said anything yet? Since she's been acting fishy?" I asked Francesco. "Uh yeah, kinda I guess." "What did she say??" "Nothing happened with Jimmy." "That's it?" "Yeah. She didn't really tell me why she was acting weird she just said nothing happened then we made up..but I saw this video and it all kinda makes sense. Of her at Jimmy's concert, the way they were looking at each other, I think old feelings came back for a second."
"That's why she acted like she was spooked when we left." I said nodding. "Yeah". "Well it's behind y'all now. Right"I asked. "Yeah. It is. I'm just gonna feel weird when he's around now...if he's even going to be. I don't think they've talked since then." Francesco says. "Hm. I'll have to talk to her about it." "About what?" Lana said walking out. "I'll talk to you later." I said smiling. "Ok??" Lana said weirded out "well they're coming" she added. "Finally, I'm starving."
"So Lana when are we doing your baby shower?" Chuck asked. We're all at Denny's eating lunch. "Uhm I'm not sure. We can skip the baby shower part if you want." I said. "Elizabeth! You can't skip the most important part." "I'm just not into baby showers too much. Plus I don't need all those presents." "You're not gonna say that when you run out of diapers" dad laughed.
"I want to throw you one." Chuck frowned. "Ok ok if you want to you can." "I do! Me and Chuck will throw it and Francesco can only stop by." Mom said. "I don't like baby showers either so I'm cool with that. I want you to have one though babe." Fran smiled. "Fine fine. I guess I will." "You can see all your friends! You never get to see them because you're always touring. And I can invite some friends from home."
"Oh god" I laughed. "What!? You love your friends from home." "Kinda. Mom they're the ones you hated when I was younger." "That's true but they're different." "I thought they'd all turn out to be homeless druggies." I laughed. "That's not funny Elizabeth" she frowned.
"They can't take a joke...." I whispered to Francesco, he shakes his head then puts his arm around me "We can leave soon. After lunch me and you can go get dessert." I nod then kiss his cheek.
"Hey Lanz wanna go get ice cream with me?" Chuck asked after we all finish dinner. "We haven't spent quality time together in a little while." She added. I look at Fran "you should go" he mouthed. "Ok sure " I smiled at Chuck.
Chuck and I are at Stoney's, an ice cream parlor by our apartment, I got a vanilla milkshake, I know, cliche of me, and Chuck got a scoop of chocolate ice cream. "So Lana" Chuck said winking I laugh then say "so Caroline." "What's really up with you and Jimmy?" "Oh my goddddd. Nothing. Is that what you were going to ask me!"
"Yes! I'm not dumb I know you're not telling me everything and it hurts my feelings because you always tell me everything." She frowned. She knows how to play me. "I just caught old feelings for him for a split second, I still care for him so it was just that coming back. Not a big deal." I said sipping my milkshake.
"So nothing did happen? Not even while you were staying over there?" "No Chuck nothing happened. Then I went to talk to him and he asked if I wanted to be with him and I said no then I left." "Okay. I just wanted to know, I feel like you weren't telling me something...and I was worried about you. I didn't want something to happen with you and Jimmy and you feel like you couldn't talk to anyone about it. I'm your sister before I'm anything else so you know if you wouldn't want me to tell Francesco something I wouldn't.
"I know. I love you, thanks babe." I said hugging her.
