It's the next day and Chuck just got to my house, she visits sometimes but not too often, she's married to Keegan and they're working on a baby. "Hey chuckles!!" I grinned hugging her. "Hey Lanz!!" She said squeezing me. "How are you?" I asked. "I'm good! The same. How are you and Blake? And Amelia?" "Me and Blake are good-". "You sure?" "Yeah Chuck. I'm sure. And Amelia is good too. Busy with school all the time."
"Chuck!!!" Amelia yelled running down the stairs "Babe!" Chuck said opening her arms. Amelia hugs her tight "I missed you!!" "I missed you too baby girl. How's school?" "It's ok. Getting harder everyday but it's fine." She smiled. "You get prettier every day don't you?" Chuck asked smiling at Amelia. Amelia blushes "no" she laughs. I smile then put my arms around them both "let's let Chuck unpack" I said. Chuck is staying for the week
We're siting on the guest bed while Chuck unpacks. "Is Blake at work?" She asks. "Yeah he is. He shouldn't get off late tonight though." I replied. "Cool. I haven't seen him in forever." "He's always working." Amelia frowned. "He's got to make that dough." Chuck says. Then we laugh. "Hey Amelia will you get me a water please?" Chuck Asked. "Of course. I'll be right back." She says getting up. "Want one mom?" "Sure. Thanks Hun." Then she walks out.
"Oh no you sent Amelia way, that means you have to talk to me." I frowned. She sits next to me "I just want to know how you're doing. How you're really doing. You've been acting weird." "How can I act weird through text." I said. "Lana please I know you. How are you?!" "I'm okay Chuck. Really. Just another day in paradise." I said sarcastically. "So not good?" "No really I'm fine. Blake and I are good, we're getting along and blah blah."
"It's just crazy to me. That you didn't get to chose your husband. You have to sleep with him and you didn't chose him." "I did chose him. And I like sleeping with him." I laughed. "Sureeee" Chuck rolled her eyes then Amelia walks back in. "Should I leave you guys alone?" Amelia asked. "No that's okay sweetie. We were just catching up." I smiled. Chuck half smiles.
It's around 11:00 Chuck, Amelia and I are watching a movie when Blake gets home. "Hey dad" Amelia smiled. "Hey guys" Blake said walking over to me,we kiss then he lays next to me on the sofa. "Hey Blake " Chuck says. "Hey chuckles how are you?" "I'm good. How are you?" She asks. "I'm doing great. Just working and hanging out with these two beauty's." He laughs. Amelia laughs then grins.
"Amelia you should be getting to bed now, it's late.." I said. "Okay. Goodnight Chuck" she said hugging her then Chuck kisses her check "night baby girl." "Night mom night dad" Amelia said leaning over and hugging us as the same time. "Goodnight sweetie"we smiled. She gets a water then goes to her room "She's such a sweetheart. You did good Lana." Chuck smiled.
"And Blake." She quickly added. "Thanks Chuck. Yeah blakes a good dad." I smiled. "Thanks." He half smiled. "I'm going to go bed, I'm really tired. I'm glad you're here Chuck." He added. "Okay, I'll be right there babe." I said kissing him. "Night Blake." Chuck says. He smiles then walks off. I sigh then lay back on the sofa.
"You guys seem happy...but you seem a little stressed." "I'm fine Chuck." "are you still seeing Jimmy?" "No. That's over with. I can't keep doing that to blake." "It obviously means you're unhappy if you're sleeping with someone else." Chuck says. "I was just trying to figure shit out. It's over and I'm happy it is." "Okay. Well we should get to sleep." Chuck said getting up. "Yeah. I love you. Thanks for coming." I said hugging her tight. "Of course. Love you too."
I get to my room and Blake is on his phone. I get into my underwear and bra and get in bed. "Lana you know...if we wanted to have a kid, together it should be soon." Blake says. "Blakeeee you're killing me." I laughed. "Why??" "I don't want another kid. I told you that."
"So I'm never going to have a kid of my own in my life?" "Not with me" I laughed but he frowns. "Ok ok. Look I think I'm done with all that..one is good for me." "Okay.." "I'm sorry Blake. I know I'm not what you want.." "No Lana it's okay, you are, you're all I ever wanted, maybe not like this, but I always wanted you, you know that.. Amelia is amazing and I love her so much. I just have always wondered what our kid would look like..but don't ever say you're sorry ok? I love you." He smiled then kisses me. I smile "I love you too. Do you ever think about Nikki?"
"No. I told you our relationship was going to shit anyways. We were going to get a divorce...I cheated on her multiple times and so did she..so it was time to end it." "I know she probably hates me now. We were good friends before though." "no she knew I always loved you. So I don't think it surprised her. Let's stop talking about this now." He smiles. "Ok.
