After your little duel with Astrid, she and Eret had to patrol and Hiccup had to leave since he wasn't able to finish his cheif duties.

After they left you looked up at the sky and saw the sun slowly slipping below the horizon making all different kinds of reds and oranges in the sky.

The gang was still there so you decided to speak up.

"Alright gang lets head to the great hall it's close to supper time."

They all nodded in agreement as they followed you towards the great hall. Once you all got there you quickly got your food before sitting down. The gang than started to ask you questions about your fighting techniques.

"Well since I was travelling my whole life I had visted many villages. As I visted them I would see how the villagers would fight so I would observe their fighting skills. I would also add a few things of my own and I would usually just train by myself."

"So since you visted different villages wouldn't that mean that they all had different fighting skills?" Fishlegs asked.

You gave a nod while the rest of the gang kept silent wanting to hear how you were so good at fighting.

"Well since you travelled to different villages that would mean you had observed different fighting techniques, which that means you had observed watching different fighting techniques each time you had visted a village?"

You gave another nod as Tuffnut spoke up.

"So that means you know all different kinds of fighting skills."

You gave another nod.

"I had done this many years so I basically know more than a hundred different fighting techniques," you said.

"Incredible," Fishlegs muttered.

"Wow so you can do everything," Ruffnut said.

"Not everything, there's still many fighting skills that I haven't learned yet, but I am a woman with many talents," you smirked.

Astrid and Eret than came through the door sitting with you and the rest of the gang.

"Sure you are but I wanna fight you tomorrow," Snotlout challenged.

"You sure about that Snotlout?" you asked.

"Oh I'm positive, I'll put you in your place," he said.

"I wouldn't do it Snotlout she's much stronger than you think," Astrid warned.

"Do you really want to challange someone who knows over a hundred different fighting techniques?" Fishlegs asked.

"Yes I do, I'm a dude I can take down a girl," he grinned.

"Don't say I didn't warn you," Astrid said.

"Don't worry guys if anyone is putting anyone in their place it will be me putting Snotlout in his place. Anyways its getting late and I'm just gonna head home bye guys."

You waved as they waved back in return.

When you got home you saw Toothless and Midnight curled up on the floor. You than walked to the couch sitting down with a sigh. Toothless picked up his head seeing you while Midnight still stayed sleeping peacefully.

"Hey Toothless do you mind lightning up the fire pit?"

Toothless obeyed and lit up the fire pit.

"Thank you," you said as you bent over to give the nightfuries a kiss on the head as they purred.

You than leaned back and when you were about to close your eyes you heard the door open.

Hiccup walked in quietly as he shut the door softly before he came walking towards the couch and flopped down. His head was on your lap and as you looked down at him you noticed the bags under his eyes.

"Hello," you greeted softly.

"Hey."

"You look so worn out."

"Being cheif can take a toll on your body. Helping the village out takes a lot of energy and its also tiring," he yawned.

You gave a nod in understanding knowing that being a cheif wasn't the easiest job to have. You than ran your fingers through his messy auburn locks making him sigh in pleasure. He loved the way you touched his hair.

"You have the softest hair ever," you said.

"Well you have magical hands," he replied.

You chuckled softly as you kept running your hand through his hair softly.

"I'll swim and sail on savage seas
with never a fear of drowning
and gladly ride the waves of life
If you would marry me," you sang softly.

Hiccup listened to your voice as you sang quietly. He than closed his eyes falling into a dreamless sleep.
