So, about Kate's awkward moment with Jeff and the virgin question.... Well, I think Jeff should be more rude, and to have the urge of making her uncomfortable. :D Poor Kate, I know. But she'll be fine! I'm sure we're all jealous of her because she met that sexy piece of man meat!

We'll see how long she can stay alive (;

Enjoy, cuties!

- chapter 6 -

My head was incredibly sore. Jeff had to be real. But on second thought, I could've dreamt that all up, and hit my head on the wall as I did in my dream, like I imagined that it really happened and my actions did as my dream played on. It made sense, but there was still much doubt.

That moment is where I remember I had woken Kyle up to see if I was actually crazy, so I could decipher in the morning.

I turn weakly to Kyle, squinting my eyes in the bright light from the morning sun. "Kyle?" I croak.

"Yeah?"

"Did I go into your room last night? To say goodnight?"

He raises his eyebrows at me, giving me a strange look. "Yeah, why?"

My heart skips a beat.

Oh, God... He was real.

"Do you not remember?" asks Kyle.

"No, I do... I was just making sure it wasn't a dream.."

He shakes his head at me. "I think you hit your head too hard."

I giggle.

"How did you hit your head, exactly?"

Crap.

"Uh... I don't remember." I lie.

He blankly stares at me. "You don't remember?"

"No." And I leave it at that.

The rest of the car ride was filled with no other than silence and wandering minds. Kyle's, probably wondering why I have been acting so strange, and mine, simply because I couldn't believe that Jeff was real.

And I realize, he has to be...

What else could be the reasoning to all of this mess? I'm almost certain it's not insanity.

=^=^=^=

Kyle walks me into the doors of the waiting room, and sits me in a seat along the wall. As he sets down my bag in the seat beside me, and applies the cold pack to the back of my head, saying. "I'll be right back, I'll go check you in."

I nod, grabbing ahold of the pack to let him go.

As he wanders up to the front desk, my eyes feast around the room, checking out the child center. It was much cooler than this grown-up side. It had fishes painted on the walls, and cool puzzles and games. It even had a little playground! I look up to the TV in there, noticing the were playing The Lion King. I loved that movie, even thought it makes me cry at least once or twice every time. It was a classic.

I watch as Simba and Nala sing as the sneak into the bad-side of the Kingdom, distracting Zazo, and getting ready to attempt a very stupid idea. As they do, Kyle returns and sits in the seat behind me, pulling out his fancy iPhone as soon as he sat down. I didn't have an iPhone, I had Droid. It was still cool, yes, but I found the iPhone much more interesting. It amused me.

"Is your head throbbing?" he asked, going into the messaging icon.

"Uh, yeah, why?" I ask.

He shrugs. "I don't know, just wondering."
