Chapter 24

We pull into a parking lot across the little shops. Harry parks the car and we all get out. Me and Harry intertwine fingers and walk up to the stores.

"Oooo! Jess lets go in this one!" I squeal grabbing her and leaving Harry with Zayn. We walk into this store that has a lot of beanies and hoodies. There's a lot that say "cloud croft, New Mexico" on them. Me and Jess try on different hats. I like this different colored one a lot but I don't know if I should get it.

"It's cute." I jump as I feel Harry's arms around me. I smile and turn around.

"Really? You like it." I say and he nods then leans down to kiss me. A short but meaningful kiss.

"Here I got your jacket. It's pretty cold up here." He says handing me my jacket, I thank him and put it on. He then looks at me with such lust in his eye I feel as if I could melt.

"Ellie! Which one should I get." Jess's voice snaps me out of his trance and he looks down and smiles. I get butterflies in my stomach at his gesture and walk towards Jess.

"Pff. What are you grinning at?" She mocks me.

"Nothing. And the pink one." I say trying not to smile anymore but it's impossible. Me and Jess then go pay for our beanies but I leave mine in the bag, I don't feel like wearing it right now. We come out of the store and Harry is waiting for us. Or me.

We walk outside to go the next shop and Zayn is out there waiting for Jess and she shows him her beanie. Aw they're cute. We walk over to the next shop and it's a candle store. It smells so good when we walk past it.

"Wait Harry. I wanna get an apple smelling one, so my room can smell like Christmas all the time!" I squeal and he grins and nods his head. I walk inside an smell a couple candles. I smelt this one that smelt woodsy. Like leaves, rain and the out doors I guess. I get that one and a cinnamon apple one. I walk out and we go to the next store. A candy shop.

"Omg. We have to." Jess grins and she drags me inside. But to my surprise the boys follow. Me and Jess go straight to the rock candy. I get a blue raspberry and she gets a cherry. Then I get one of those huge pixy stixs. The blue one. Then I spot the chocolate covered cherry jelly beans. These things are literally life. I grab a huge bag and fill it full with the jelly beans. After I'm done I go around the corner and I see the boys bickering about something.

"What are you guys doing?" I ask the two.

"I'm trying to get Zayn to eat one of these chocolate covered grasshoppers, but he wont." I cringe when harry says grasshoppers.

"I will if you do first!" Zayn says and Harry shakes his head.

"No you!" Harry says laughing.

"How bout you both at the same time?" I suggest.

"Fine. On 3? 1,2,3." Zayn says and they both chew the grasshopper.

"How was it." I say after they swallow.

"Pff. Just tastes like chocolate." Harry says and Zayn agrees.

"Here. Try one!" Harry says putting one in my face and I squeal. He just starts laughing and kisses my forehead. He's being very sweet today?

"Jess you ready to pay?" I say while I walk to the front counter.

"Girl I already did." Jess says with 5 bags of candy, full to the top and a gummy worm in her mouth. I just look at her and she smiles, then we both start laughing. I pay for my candy and we walk out of the store.

"Oh yes! It's raining!" Zayn says. It's sad of how happy we get over rain. We never get any in Texas so why not?

"Let's go play in it!" I yell putting my candy down on a bench and grab Harry. He starts laughing and I pretend to run away from him. He swoops me up and spins me around, while we are standing in the middle of the street. He puts me down and the rain is now coming down hard.
