Naruto: Dreams Unraveled

Jinchuriki Reunion

It had been a day and Naruto was out and about. I on the other hand was willing to save the village from anyone who had the guts to be stupid enough to get on people's nerves... aka Naruto or Kiba. Well, there was also someone else in town as I knew they were bound to cause trouble sooner or later.

Naruto went to seek out Kakashi for training, which would go wrong due to Kakashi teaching strictly Uchiha. Naruto had slipped away before he could let me shine any light on the subject. I was now walking down the road leisurely as I suddenly felt a hand fall upon my shoulder. I knew that scent anywhere. Turning around I found the other red head with no emotion as I gave a kind smile, "Hey, Gaara."

Turns out Gaara really didn't want to stay cooped up by himself so he walked around with me; I being very careful to stretch my senses to avoid his siblings. I was just walking up to the hot springs, just wondering around the village of course, when all the sudden I heard a lower voice whisper with, "Man, keep it quiet... Whatcha gunna do if I get caught?" Gaara had turned his attention to the commotion as I found Ebisu face down on the ground. That's when I found Naruto had something to do with the situation as he demanded he know who the guy was that took out the 'Closet Perv'... aka apparently Ebisu.

"Well, I'm glad you asked! I'm the Toad Sage! Remember it!" The other males voice replied. I sighed, crossing my arms as Gaara turned back to me, "This can't turn out well." Gaara blinked, "What do you mean?" I took his wrist and pulled him up against the wall of the bath house we has stopped beside. How Naruto hadn't noticed us yet, I didn't know.

The Sage then went on about why he was peeking into the woman's bath house, as Naruto then got upset yelling it to the world and all the ladies ran out as I had to cover Gaara's eyes, as he growled a little, me letting out a giggle making his cheeks dust a shade of light pink. Naruto then demanded that the Sage train him sense he knocked out Ebisu and I then pulled my hand away from Gaara's eyes he just had to catch Naruto using the 'Sexy No Jutsu' as I just cursed with, "Damn it," covering Gaara's eyes again, "please excuse my brother... he's not very smart."

Once the Sage finally agreed to help Naruto with his training I motioned for Gaara to stay there just in case Naruto saw him. "Yo, Gramps!" I called to the Sage, walking up to him. The Sage turned around and smiled big, keeping his voice down, "Well, if it isn't little Holota. You're not little anymore are ya?" I just smiled, "Getting into trouble again I see." He just scratched the back of his head with a chuckled. "Well, now that you're taking care of my brother's training, I expect him to be better in no time," I winked as his jaw dropped, "Later, Old Man." I waved walking off as I returned to Gaara, who was still waiting for me. I then grabbed his hand as we then left for the secret hiding place I had shown Gaara and where I 'officially' met him.

Once we were there, I flopped down upon the grass as Gaara took a seat beside me. We were under the trees that held spring within their branches, so the sun light dappled the ground as the shadows cast down in splotches; The lush greenery and the flowers in full leaf and bloom. It was beautiful. But in all honesty, I wasn't concerned with my surroundings, my focus was more on Gaara.

That fiery, messy hair, that smooth pale skin, those timid pale lips, the fairly built tone to his body, and those dark insomnia circles that surrounded those gorgeous teal eyes of his... I seriously could of lost myself in them. Of course, I did this to everyone who walked up to me sense I haven't seen another human being in over six years... Gaara just interested me a little more than everyone else and I'm pretty sure it was because of those eyes I didn't want to look away from.

I smiled turning my gaze completely towards him, "So was there something you wanted to do today?" He hesitated, not looking to me at first, but then glanced shyly at me, blinking a couple of times, "I was wondering about your Jinchuriki... Shukaku is restless about it. Who is it? Does he really know them? He refuses to reply to me." "Oh, right!" I sat up smiling at him. I then made him uncomfortable as I sat in his lap, facing him. He gave out a blush and gave a sneer but I just giggled, "It's ok, I'm sorry about this but it's easier this way."

Before he could even ask I spoke up just above a whisper, placing my forehead to his, "Watashi no kokoro wa hiraku koto ga dekiru yō ni (meaning 'Allow my heart to open')" as my body then began to glow in the same tribal patterns, but this time a bright, blinding light engulfed us as we then found ourselves standing in nothing but the plain white room.

Gaara looked around and stopped when he saw me at his side, "Where are we?" I just smiled looking ahead, "My jinchuriki room." I smiled looking up to him out of the corner of my eye. He was shocked as he then turned to the movement in front of us. There we found Shukaku and Shigusa unmoving.

"So that's your jinchuriki?" Gaara asked, not tearing his eyes away from the giant she-fox, "Where's her cage?" I giggled, "Her name is Shigusa, the Sand Fennec Fox Spirit. And she doesn't have a cage, we get along just fine." Gaara turned to look me in the eyes briefly before we turned back to the tailed beast. Shigusa had walked up to a stunned raccoon-dog and nuzzled him tenderly as Shukaku then nuzzled back, as if a greeting. I then giggled as this caught their attention, "So this is your host?" The dog stared down upon me as Gaara followed his gaze. I then remembered that I was stripped of clothing here... as was Gaara.

I kept my sight on his face as I caught him looking up and down my well built and curved body. He was blushing big time as Shukaku then laughed, "Your host has a magnificent body." Shigusa just wacked him over the head with one of her tails as I squeaked and hid behind Gaara, not really realizing I was pressing my chest into Gaara's back, who was now blushing every shade of red you could possibly imagine... well we both were. Shigusa just chuckled at Gaara and I. "You could have told me Shukaku was a pervert," I whispered to Gaara, still a bit embarrassed. Gaara didn't reply, as I just rested my head against his shoulder blade.

"It's nice to meet you, Gaara," Shigusa greeted. Gaara just nodded. "It's been too long... I thought you had..." The raccoon-dog trailed off. "No, I was sealed away after being extracted from the Second Kazekage," Shigusa replied calmly.

"The Second Kazekage?" Gaara asked, turning his head over his shoulder to glance at my face. I looked up, resting my chin on his shoulder, "Yeah, that was her first host, and the host before me." Gaara seemed interested as he then caught sight of the two beast cuddling again. "What's wrong with them? Shukaku has never acted like this," Gaara asked calmly as usual. "Before they were sealed away and being sealed away in human host, Shukaku and Shigusa were lovers," I explained as Gaara seemed more interested. "Lovers? So they love each other?" He asked. I nodded against his shoulder, resting my head back on his shoulder blade, "Yes... But Shukaku was sealed away and Shigusa then sealed herself within the Second Kazekage to save his life. Only the Kazekages know that Shigusa is a Spirit of Suna, not a Tailed Beast... she was the protector of Suna, understanding why she was so close with the Kages. But she was also Shukaku's keeper, seeing as they were in love, she kept him at bay." "So that's why he's so calm around you," Gaara murmured to himself.

The raccoon-dog then turned back to us, "You're heart is true, Gaara." I just smiled a little as Gaara's heart began to race. "We will protect her always... Shigusa and the girl," Shukaku seemed to demand. Gaara just nodded as he glanced over his shoulder to look at my face again as I caught his look as he confidently smiled. It was amazing! I giggled as then the lights faded out again.
