The next morning I woke up to the loud 'ka-boom!' of something falling... or something similar to an earthquake... unfortunately I knew this feeling all too well. Naruto had bolted up to the window as I only shouted with, "Damn it, Jiraiya! This is a hospital!"

By this point Naruto and I had nearly healed completely, meaning we were able to move around much more. Of course, I was so bored I was almost to the point of getting up and helping around the hospital, but no... Nanami made me stay put, and Gaara damn well made sure of it.

Jiraiya had brought up Orochimaru's intentions for Uchiha's body, plus the Akatsuki's plan of coming after Naruto. That I was worried about... not so much Uchiha. Before the Sanin took his leave and turned to me, "It's not long until you take the Hokage's final orders, is it? Man times flies." At this I simply smiled sadly, finding my hands interesting, "Actually, they come sooner than you think." Jiraiya wasn't expecting this, and neither was Naruto. "What? When?! You can't! Not yet!" Naruto cried. I just sighed sadly, as I gave him the best smile I could, "Sunset." Naruto's eyes filled to the brim with tears, but they didn't fall. Jiraiya soon took his leave as Nanami soon came in to release the three of us.

Gaara returned to his siblings as Naruto and I got ready. I had orders to go and see Lady Tsunade, but at the current moment I was searching for my medical file. Upon my search I came across something I never expected... a file with the name of Kushina Uzumaki... How had I not seen this before? Curious, I pulled the file and read over it, realizing that she had two children... anyone could guess.

What my question was, why had no one told either Naruto or I? Were we never supposed to know? Or were we supposed to find out on our own? Then again I had heard the name Kushina mumbled by Jiraiya a few times when I was younger, saying I had looked just like her... and by the picture attached to it, I could see why. But who was our father? Listed in the file under the children's father was a man by the name of Minato Namikaze... I went straight to the N's as I found the file. To my surprised, he was the fourth face that had been carved into the mountain side... the Fourth Hokage... the Fourth was our father?! Then why?!

But at that moment everything fell into place, as I knew right then why I had been chosen. I put away the files as I then took my own. I would not tell Naruto, he would find out in due time. After heading to the apartment one last time, I gathered my things quickly and was out the door with a wilted Naruto behind me. We walked slowly to the Hokage's office, not really talking, but more of enjoying each other's company.

Once at the door, I motioned for Naruto to wait. On the other side Tsunade was addressing the Sand ninja; Gaara and his siblings. Her voice was muffled, but with my hearing it was clear as day, "I want to thank you for helping us out, even though you didn't have to," Lady Tsunade had started. "It was no problem, ma'am. We also learned a lot from your academy classes. We'll definitely be taking some of the teachings back to the academy in Suna," Temari reported. "Good, I hope it helps. But I requested you here to take part of the final peace treaty back with you. It was requested the Leaf deliver it and confirmed by the council back in Suna," Lady Tsunade explained. "Of course!"Temari answered.

Lady Tsunade chuckled as she the called, "I know your there, Holota, come in." With that I gave Naruto a smile and walked in, closing the door behind me. "What is she doing here?" Kankuro asked. Lady Tsunade just smirked, "You'll also be escorting Holota back to Suna with you. She will be delivering the treaty personally to the council. She also mentioned that there was promise made, right Gaara?" The two older siblings turned to their younger to find his eyes a little wider than normal, but answered anyway, "Yes, I did." "What promise?" Temari asked. "Gaara promised me he'd take me to Suna one day," I softly smiled, "Today is the day."

With that, we all filed down to the gates, Naruto following us and Shika waiting for us. "Saying goodbye too?" Shika asked. "More or less," I replied. But Shika had caught the damper deep within my voice. He possibly might have taken it as a mission stance... either way it was. As soon as I turned to Naruto, he tackled me in a hug, as I hugged him tightly back.
