After the encounter with the sand Genin I did some personal training, went home to freshen up, and then head to my favorite restaurant, Doragon Unagi, to meet up with Shika, Choji, and Nanami. I had no clue where Naruto was, and it was bugging me. But once there I was a little more at ease.

We sat down as we ordered our drinks and ordering an appetizer for Choji. "So, where's Naruto? I still have yet to meet him," Nanami smiled. "I honestly have no idea where the knucklehead is," I answered relaxed. "That's a scary thought," Shika replied a little tense. "Oh, come on, you have to admit, he's not as bad as he was sense he's become a ninja," I simply commented. "True, but he can still be a mess," Choji replied. I just giggled at this... just as the three from this afternoon walked in. Really?

First of all, I wasn't in my ninja attire to make Nanami feel comfortable and not surrounded completely by ninja... which she was. But mainly it was because I was wearing a yellow sundress that Nanami had bought me while I was in the hospital. It was short sleeve and ended just above my knees. There was also a white ribbon tied around the waist that added the 'girly factor' as Nanami would put it. Second, I usually don't let myself get too friendly in public unless I'm with my friends... like now for instance. And Third, have you seen my bright red hair? I could see it when I was blind! I stick out of any crowd within the Hidden Leaf.

"True, but think about it, if he wasn't such a mess our lives would be completely boring," I responded, letting out another giggle. I mentally pouted as I felt the eyes of the sand Genin fall upon me. Guess I'll have to play stupid and ignore them. Shika chuckled, "I guess you're right."

"So when do the bandages come off?" Choji asked. I just smiled, "Soon, and I can't wait." "I wonder what color they're going to be," Nanami practically daydreamed. I hadn't been too concerned with the color considering I was more excited about being able to see again. "Oh, wait! What was your eye color before?" Nanami asked. "Blue," Shika replied for me. "Aw! I wish I could have seen them," Nanami complained, "Blue eyes aren't very common here." "Well, Naruto practically has the same eyes," I shrugged. Shika and Choji laughed at this as Shika replied with, "That's true."

"Hey, Holota? I was wondering something," Nanami started, just as our drinks and Choji's first round of food arrived. "What is it?" I asked, a little interested. You seriously didn't know what was ever going to come out of Nanami's mouth or brain. "What's your chakra nature?" She asked curiously. "I've been wondering that too," Choji jumped in between a bite. "Well..." I started, not really wanting to give the listening ears what they wanted to hear.

"Oh, come on, Holota, you've been hiding your chakra nature even before the academy. We know you're the number one rookie out of the ten of us," Shika practically begged. "Well, I know you work with all the chakra nature groups but mainly stick with the water based chakra users at the hospital... so is it Water Style?" Nanami asked. "Wait, didn't Sasuke mentioned Holota used Fire Style against Kakashi-sensei during their first training session?" Choji asked Shika. "Well, which is it?" Shika pressed. I smirked, mainly because the genius hadn't figured it out yet, "It's both." "What?" Nanami squeaked, "A yin and yang element combination?" Choji had stopped eating for a brief moment before he continued as Shika then paused, turning to Nanami. That's it, Shika. Think about it!

Within the next few seconds the waitress had come back and taken the other threes orders and then walked away. "Hey, she skipped you, Holota," Nanami replied concerned. Shika just chuckled, "Holota is practically here all the time and they know her order by heart." "I thought you would be going to Ichiraku with Naruto," Nanami smiled. "We may be alike but we're not that much alike... have you seen our hair?" I asked with a playful flat tone. Nanami just laughed.

"I still don't understand why you're here instead of cooking at home yourself instead," Choji replied. "Why do you say that, Choji?" Nanami asked. "Holota is an amazing cook! The best I've ever had!" Choji exclaimed. "And that's saying something," Shika commented, "but he's right. Holota can really cook." I just giggled in thanks. "Really? You're going to have to cook for me sometime!" Nanami replied excitedly. "Sure, I'll bring lunch for you, me, Kats, and Kaminari one day after the Exams are over," I obliged.
