----------------------------------

A few weeks had passed as the Suna council kept close tabs on me via Baki, the sand trios sensei. Gaara had started my sand ninjutsu training, but I was having a hard time grasping it. I also realized it was harder to fight with water style here, considering the heat.

The little Lynx cub I had obtained was now half the size of Akamaru and very affectionate towards Gaara and I. Gaara had taken over the night feedings for the kit sense he wanted me getting my rest. Kigai had also signed his contract so he could now come and go between the clan of cats I had and me... He still couldn't talk, but he was beginning to get the reverse summoning thing down. Things between Gaara and I were also becoming smoother. We were together almost all the time.

I had started in the hospital in the early hours of the morning, basically learning the ways of Suna and what not. I had also managed to teach the staff some of the ways of Konoha. Surprisingly, they warmed up to me quickly and I was moving swiftly up the ranks.

I had just finished my morning rounds when a nurse came up to me... it looked like she had seen a ghost. "Miss Holota," She greeted, "Lord Gaara is here for you." "Gaara? I wonder why he's here?" I thought aloud to myself, "Thank you." With that I was off to find the other red head.

I quickly found him waiting in the lobby by the door as I found the people around him unnerved. "Hey, Gaara," I walked up to him hurriedly, "did you need something?" "The council has a mission for us," He answered, walking swiftly out of the hospital. "Us?" I questioned again to myself. Regardless, I followed him.

I walked with him to the Kazekage building, making it into the meeting room where the council was found. I stepped in, still in my nurses uniform... which actually was a button up dress with a long sleeve coat. I didn't like it very much; too breezy. "Oh, Holota, were you busy?" Lady Chiyo asked, a little smug. "No, I just finished my rounds for the day," I simply answered as if boredly. "Good, then you can take this mission. It's been specifically recommended for you to take it. Though I have no idea what it's for, it won't open for us. It came in this morning," She explained as she handed me the scroll.

Upon it was the crest of the Yoshigawa. At this, I put the scroll up to my lips and whispered, "Anata ga sasayaku suru hitsuyō ga himitsu to wa nanida nodesu ka?" With that the scroll unraveled and I read over it quickly.

"Well, what does it say?" Temari asked. When did she get here? Did I even notice that Kankuro and Temari where even here? I looked up to the old lady as I answered her, "A mission from my sensei, Kisuka Yoshigawa." "What kind of mission? Does it say?" She pressed. I hesitated, "A medical mission... for her personally." "What are the details?" She pried.

I clenched my teeth and fist by calming my desperation and anger at the woman for not passing the ok for the mission, "She's dying. This is her final mission for me. It's within the Hidden Leaf." This shut her up as she just sighed, "Alright then, I assign Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari to assist you, sense this is your first mission." "Thank you," I bowed quickly before leaving, the siblings hot on my heals.

We packed up quickly as we headed out within thirty minutes. We traveled the three days in mostly silence, sense I wasn't very much in the talking mood. Kankuro had tried to make conversation with me to cheer me up, but nothing was working at the previous time.
