Old Friends and New Dreams

After the rest of my new team had shown up, my anger depleted for the moment, and three hours later here we were still waiting. At this, I knew immediately who our sensei was. I had met him on multiple occasions and the fact that I mostly hung around the Jounin level due to Kisuka. I was excited to say the least. I couldn't ask for anyone better. So I made the mental note to always be late unless it was urgent.

I was now laying on the floor with my legs propped up against the wall with my arms crossed as Naruto was pacing back and forth in front of the door and ever so often checking down the hallway to make sure he was coming. All my brother could do was complain about how our sensei was incredibly late. Sakura was about to go nuts with Naruto's pacing as she was leaned up against one of the front desk. Uchiha however was in his normal scowling position in the seat closest to the door.

It was then I heard Naruto mischievously chuckle and grab a chalk board eraser and a chair. "Naruto, what are you doing?" Sakura exclaimed as Naruto got up in the chair to place the eraser in the door. "Being stupid," I replied. Sakura and Uchiha seemed surprised by the comment but Naruto nearly anime fell after he jumped off the chair, "But that's what he get's for being late." "I'm not involved," Sakura made known, even though she gave off the vibe of suspense. "Like a Jounin is going to fall for such a simple booby trap. Like Holota said, it's stupid," Uchiha scoffed. "I said he was being stupid. I didn't say he wouldn't fall for it... just watch," I replied just as a hand landed on the cracked door. Of course I could hear them coming from down the hall. Everyone paid attention to see what would happen next. As they walked through I heard the 'plop' of the eraser hit their head and pause.

Naruto was laughing, "You fell for it!" While Sakura claimed innocent, "I'm so sorry, sensei, I tried to stop him." As Uchiha was just flat out unimpressed. I just stayed quiet. "How do I say this?... My first impression is," He pondered, "you're a bunch of idiots." I mentally laughed as I then made myself known, "Aw, even me Kakashi?" I asked all innocently. Sitting upright with my legs now crossed.

"Oh, Holota, I didn't even see you there. Are you one of my new students?" He asked, clearly being respectful. "I sure am, along with the three idiots," I smiled, gesturing to the others. I knew I earned glares from all three as Kakashi just chuckled, "Very well, meet me up on the roof and we'll get started." He then 'poofed' away as Sakura then turned to me, "You know him?" "Yep, he's pretty cool, but we don't want to keep him waiting. To the roof!" And with that I made a quick hand sign and 'poofed' up to the roof myself.

I could hear the shock of Uchiha and Sakura through the open window from the classroom from up on the roof. "How did she do that?!" Sakura squealed. The raven had just gasped. "Why is that surprising? She's always been able to do that," Naruto replied calmly as if it were nothing. I could just imagine the awe on the other two's faces. All Kakashi could do was give a warm hearted chuckle.

Just as the others left the room downstairs I turned to Kakashi, "Have you talked to Kisuka yet? We're going to have to manage my training schedule somehow." "I'm aware, though she doesn't know I'm your new sensei, so we'll definitely have to work something out," Kakashi replied smoothly. "I'll let you tell Kisuka I was waiting on you to show up," I more instructed than offered. He sweat dropped as he gave out a chuckle. If there was one person you never left waiting, it was Kisuka Yoshigawa.

That was the end of our little chit chat as the others came and sat in front of Kakashi and beside me. It went, left to right, from Sakura, Uchiha, Naruto and then me on the end. Kakashi then spoke up, clearing his throat, "Alright, let's start with some introductions." "What do you want to know?" Sakura asked, a little interested. "How about your likes, dislikes, hobbies, dreams for the future, stuff like that," Kakashi listed. "Why don't you introduce yourself first? To give us an example," Sakura stated. Was it really that hard to describe yourself? "Yeah, you look suspicious," Naruto mumbled.
