Chapter Twenty Seven

My alarm sounded on my phone and I switched it off sitting up in bed. The guys didn't have a show today which was lucky because they definitley needed to rest up by the looks of it. I think we would be staying in London until at least later this evening I grabbed my phone and posted a Facebook status  'I'm in London today so if anyone wants to hang out message me :)' The last thing I wanted to do today was look after a bunch of hungover guys. I gently shook Vic awake and he groaned "What!" he snapped as he looked up at me. He was still wearing the suit he wore last night 

"Hey! Don't snap at me just because you drank way too much last night and didn't go to sleep until 3am!" I shook my head and got up "So do you want to come down to breakfast or are you just going to sleep?" he rolled over again so he wasn't facing me I groaned and went over to my phone to see a Facebook message from someone I didn't expect to hear from. Jacky's older brother I clicked on it and read it 

'Hi Deven, I saw that you were in London, I still live out here are you up for hanging out? It's been a while and I'd like to hear how Jacky's doing.' I groaned at the message and stared at the phone hoping that someone else would pop up but no one did. Jacky hadn't spoken to his Brother in years. When we first got together I was 16 and his Brother was 19, it was pretty clear that he fancied me and he was always trying it on with me. Eventually it got too much for Jacky and they fell out. Jacky hasn't spoken to him since then and soon after that Jacky's brother Drew moved to London. I replied 'Sure, where would you like to meet?' We arranged a meeting place of Starbucks on Oxford Street which sounded fine to me, there would be people there. I went over to Vic "Vic" I leant down in front of him and stroked his cheek he slapped me away with the back of his hand. I took my phone out of my pocket and took a picture of sleeping Vic uploading it to Instagram and captioning it with "Someone had a bit too much to drink last night" I woke him up again "Would you like me to get you a McDonalds breakfast" I saw Vic smile weakly and nod 

"Fine, I'll call you in an hour, make sure you ask the others if they want anything" he nodded and I headed off.

I got there in about 30 minutes and headed into Starbucks and grabbed a drink, I saw Drew in the center of the room and he waved at me when I laid eyes on him. He looked a lot thinner than I remember. I sat down opposite "Where's Jacky?" was the first think that left his mouth 

"Jacky?" Did he not know we had broken up a long, long time ago 

"Yeah your boyfriend" 

"Me and Jacky aren't together anymore, haven't been for a few years" he looked shocked but then smiled "I had no idea, but, I thought you were living out in America with him?" 

"I was, but I met people there and stuff" he nodded and I took a sip of my coffee. We caught up for a good hour or so and then he had to go back to work. "Who are you out here with anyway? Are you on your own?" 

"Er no, I'm with my new boyfriend and his band" he raised an eyebrow

"Well it was nice catching up tell Jacky I said Hi and tell him congratulations, you know on the wedding" I nodded and waved goodbye before walking over to McDonalds

When I got back to the hotel I noticed that Vic had gone into the room next door. I walked in and saw them all passed out in different places Jaime and Mike in the bed, Vic on the floor and I couldn't see Tony "Vic" I whispered into his ear and he woke up "I got you breakfast" he smiled as I handed him the bag "Where have you been for the past 2 hours?" he asked curiously

"I just went to see an old friend" he sat up and walked over to the sofa. I opened up the bag and handed him a Mcmuffin and hash brown before going and waking up Mike and Jaime "I'd watch Mike he and Tony didn't go to sleep until about Five minutes ago" I widened my eyes and tapped Mike who told me to piss off. "Where's Tony?" I asked still not seeing him anywhere in the room Vic smiled at me "I don't know, Put that Bacon Muffin in Mike's face" I opened up the muffin and placed it in his face. He stirred and then blew his cheeks up "OH MY GOD!" Mike jumped up and stumbled over to the bathroom, I looked back at Vic confused and then followed Mike into the bathroom where I saw him leaning over the toilet "Aw for godsake Mike" I stated as I rubbed his back. I looked next to me and almost jumped out of my skin when I saw Tony passed out in the bath. He woke up "Oh Mike go do that somewhere else, you'll set me off, I need food" 

"STOP TALKING ABOUT FOOD!" Mike shouted. I pulled Tony out of the bath and he stumbled a little as we walked into the room where he instantly spotted the Mc Donalds bag "You went to Maccy's without me" I shook my head

"I got you some food" he smiled and gave me a hug 

"Hey Vic you've got a good one here" I smiled and then sat down next to Vic as he ate his breakfast.

The day went pretty slow and everyone apart from me and Jaime spent the day sleeping. "Are you not hung over at all?" he shrugged

"Nah, remember those three started drinking before we even got to the award show" 

"Yes but you were running around with Vic on your back last night" he nodded

"I guess I'm just stronger then the rest of them" he said as he tensed his muscles and puffed his chest out I shook my head at him. Eventually their tour manager came in and told us that the bus was waiting downstairs for us. We woke the others up and they all still looked wrecked, I held onto Vic's hand "Sorry the day off hasn't  been all that good" I shrugged 

"It's fine" 

"Didn't you say you met a friend earlier?" I nodded

"Er yeah I did" 

"What's her name?" he asked I paused slightly 

"J-Jessica..." he smiled and we got onto the bus. I felt bad about lying to Vic, I promised I wouldn't lie to him again but I couldn't tell him I had met up with my ex boyfriend's brother could I? he was too sensitive. I shook it out of my head and went to claim a bunk with Vic.
