Apollo sat outside of one of the clubs in the corner of the city, his pipe lit and his journal open beside him as he waited for the owner, the sun was beginning to set and he had heard that this particular club was a bit more laid back in its music. He had also been told that the owner was looking for a new mixologist and bartender, something about the previous one getting drunk on the job from only a few drinks. As he waited he occasionally wrote in another, more empty book in plain English.

Ireland was walking down the stairs of her club. It was time for her to meet a gentleman that may just save her business. She smiled as she saw him across the room. She was wearing a tight red dress and some black high heels. Her jacket was also black. She looked sexy but smart. She smiled as she approached "Hey I'm Ireland Hill owner of this club. You must be Apollo?"She said smiling looking at him.

"That I am, but then, I am many things right now." He answered, fighting the male instinct of looking over his future employer. After all, best to be in someones good graces before any purposeful flirtation. He continued speaking as he willed his pipe to go out and closed his books, packing them into his ever present rucksack. "So, out of curiosity, is this a place for those who are in the know about the various interesting denizens of the Eternal city or do those out of the know come here too? I ask because it lets me know what tricks I can use."

Finished packing, he extended his arm for a handshake with the lovely younger lady in front of him.

Ireland smirked as she saw his struggle. Firmly shaking his hand she slowly sand down into the seat I me deathly across and to the right of him. "Only those of the Supernatural come here. I am opening a club for humans but as of this moment you must have a special card to get in here and only our kind of people know how to obtain one." He said looking at him. She checked him out. She liked older men even more so ones that challenged her. " So right now I will ask you a few questions and then I will test your skills. Is that good with you?" She asked looking at him her eyebrow raised wondering if he would accept her preposal.

"Sure, as a plus, Phoenixes have a massive tolerance level, so I can take a few patrons buying me drinks without problem." He chuckled as he noticed her subtly looking him over, using his knowledge of hellstromism to try and see what she was thinking. "On top of that, I have nothing to hide."

Ireland smiled as she leaned back "Don't try and read me love it won't work. First question is how long have you worked in this industry? Second is how fast are you and how much can you shmoose? Third would be are you okay in a fast paced teamwork environment? I only work with the best and if you cannot be the best I will find someone who can. I need someone who can keep up and ocassionally deal with me when I lose it? Have you ever seen a Dhamphir lose it before Apollo?" she asked look him in the eyes. She had moved closer so that she could get a better glimpse at his pronounced features.

"Around eleven hundred years, I was one of the first bartenders at Seans bar in Athlone, Ireland. My most recent work was over in Virginia about forty years ago and I had consistent tips over 900 bucks a night, so schmoozing is no issue. Fast paced is how my species likes it, keeping up pace and dealing with irritated folks is par for the course with us as long as you don't mind our eccentricities." He smiles as she asks about seeing a Dhamphir lose their temper. "I had one as my master of arms on board my old ship back in the seventeen hundreds, I'm quite familiar with the temper. Long as your weapons aren't gold I can handle whatever you throw at me, literally." His face was one of confidence, and he chuckled as he remembered his old friend. "I wonder what happened to old Donnally... good man, excellent with a whip."

Ireland smiled and reached into her jacket and pulled out the two pieces of her bow staff." This would be Glenda. She is my weapon." She said smiling as she put it together for him. She handed it over to him so he could look at it. " I wasn't talking about the customers. From time to time I will seek you out and pull you into my office. Either to beat you, scream, cry or whatever I need. My last two partners were very good friends of mine and let me say that I am not always an easy person to deal with so if you can handle me you can handle them." She said smiling looking at him, at that moment she chose to moisten her lips so she liked them slowly not giving much thought to it. She smiled after and stood " if you would fallow me please." She said as she headed to the bar.

After accepting the weapon, he looked it over carefully. He backed up a bit and went through several high speed motions, the weapon becoming a reddish brown blur. When he stopped, he was in what looked like a swordsmans stance, the staff in its two separate parts in each hand. He put them back together and handed Glenda to Ireland, "An excellent staff, Red oak, treated for heat, pressure, and impact. You have good tastes."

He nodded and followed her over to the bar, immediately memorizing the placement of each bottle and what it contained, along with checking his employer out when she wasn't looking. "Nice place, I'm guessing you get your stock from Anderson?" he inquired, dropping the name of one of the major bar suppliers in the area.

She smirked as she watched him work her staff. She was memorized for a moment. The only other person that could do that but her was her brother and only if he was concentrating. She smiled and took back the staff nodding g at his words. She listened to him speak and then smiled " he is one of a few. I have good conceptions which is why you are here." She said smiling looking back at him.

She turned forward and walked behind the bar. She pulled out a list of drinks and handed it to him " you will make all fifty of these. You will use the cheap stuff. You will have 20 minutes. I want it to be like this place is packed and we are short staffed. There are people screaming about their drinks and they want them now " she said looking at him. She leaned across the bar. "Can you handle that?" She whispered smile.

He looked over the drinks and nodded, "I'll even add one of my own for fun. Still with the cheaper bases of course." he calmly walked behind the bar, setting the timer on his phone for fifteen minutes and his watch for five.

Upon hitting start on his phone, the bar became a flurry of activity as Apollo sang while working. Drink after drink was lined up on the bar in its most appropriate glass. When his phone went off he stopped muddling the mint for a mojito to turn it off and start his watch. Within two of the remaining five minutes he was done with the fifty and had two martini glasses in front of him as he added several liquors and a lime syrup to a clean shaker and put a cherry in each one. He poured the pinkish cocktail into the glasses and finished his latest song with two and a half minutes to go.

"I'm lying through my teeth, your tears are all the pay I'll ever need" he sang as he handed her one of them. "So, how did I do?" he asked cheerily, putting the various bottles in their correct places, labels front and original tops on.

Ireland smiled widely " You now have a job. " she smiled looking at him and then down at his lips then back into his eyes. She took a sip of the drink he had handed her and nodded " delicious. Give it a name and we will add it to the list." She said smiling looking atbhim. She shook her head and then walked over to the dj booth and had the dj start playing some music. She finished the drink in her hand and then slowly began to dance to the music. " So my friend tell me more about you." She said confidently a small flirtatious smile playing on her lips as she says led her body to the sound of the music. She looked at him as she rolled her body. She blushed but didn't care as she slowly lost herself into the music.

"It's called an Ankle Biter, its mostly alcohol with cherry bitters and lime syrup with an infused cherry. Came up with it and several others while working at Murphys Law." he answered about the drink as he drank his. He watched her dance as she walked over and noted her blush. "There's a lot to be known, I'm nearly three millennia old now. I am the madman of the Dragomir, or at least, so I'm told. One of only two phoenixes to go out to sea, the other being my dear brother in law. I enjoy being of aid, and it helps with maintaining a semblance of sanity. I'm actually one of the worst cases of losing ones mind known. How about yourself Mrs. Hill?"
