Alexander woke up from his king size bed , raising up , as he started to rub his eyes with his hand before taking it away , and opening them , scanning his new bedroom. First night he managed to sleep in his new home , and he felt full of energy. He felt good. He looked over to the wall where a beautiful ancient wall clock stood , reading the time " 07:45" He mumbled to himself as he rolled out of bed , and started to stretch as he pressed a button on a remote that was sitting on the nightstand that started to open the curtains slowly , letting the sun fill the room, revealing the floor to ceiling glass windows.
Stretching some more , hearing a couple bones crack , he stopped stretching , making his way to the master bathroom , over to the sink , washing his face , then looking up in the mirror before him , running a hand through his hair."New day" he mumbled once again , and walked out of the bathroom , with a small towel in hand , washing his face clean , and walking over to the tall windows , opening the glass door and walking out on to the balcony.
Looking over the woods the back of his house was facing , he liked watching how calm and quiet it was , early in the morning , just birds flying like crazy in every direction. Something right then popped into his head. A jog. All alone , with the woods , no one to disturb him. It would have been perfect. Walking back into the bedroom , he moved towards the closet , and picking a pair of sport shorts along with a black tank top and a pair of sneakers. Getting all dressed up he got up from the side of the bed he was sitting at and looked over across the bedroom to the door , and then turned hi view towards the open glass door to the balcony.
With a slight smirk , he made a run for it , passing through the open door , across the balcony , and jumping off the edge , falling down a few feet , as he hit the ground , doing a quick roll to break the fall and then back on his feet , not stopping to look behind or anything , just continued to run , loosing himself through the thick woods.
He must have been running for miles now , yet he was barely showing any sign of tiredness. After a couple more miles , he decided to stop , catching his breath as he dropped on his ass on the ground , his back against a tree , just looking around.
The flames swayed in the wind as her almond like hues watched each and every movement until she had quickly demolished the flame from sight-those eyes of hers looked up to the sky above debating on if he should head out now to make sure there was a safe route for her guard's to pass through before they drifted off to complete their own mission. She knew just the way to insure her right of passage into the phoenix faction; she may have obtained some information that the ambassador may find interesting and there was something else her own blood was being held; trapped, lost, in need of help. Yet these were the words of someone she had met a stranger had delivered this information to her some time ago.
Pushing up reached her feet she had took a look around her room the room she had stayed in for centuries-hell even longer then that. Laura had shocked herself to how long she stayed committed to Ailward; she knew there we're moments during the time of her re-birth she wished to break away and do something else with her life but over time she grew to become a strong leader within the ranks someone who was respect someone who could deal with the risk of her mistakes she has to carry the burden of being the destructor of Pompeii each and every day.
Almond like eyes scanned over to the mirror in the room she tilted her head to the side as she studied her image; she seemed fit to the clothes she had worn it was different from her traditional robes she had to wear here. Yet she knew she couldn't wear those out to the city she needed normal clothes not those; even if those robes are comfy. She flattened out her blue button up shirt, as she moved over to grasp her brown belt that would loop through the hoops of her denim Shorts-turning away she walked over to her dresser picking up her white color with a black strip fedora placed upon her head as she slid on a pair of black sunglasses she had slipped her feet into a pair of combat boots and she looked like a normal human woman.
