The Fae are supernatural creatures that have existed secretly alongside unsuspecting humans for thousands of years, closely resembling them, and feeding off humans in various ways. Whereas humanity consists of a single species (Homo sapiens), there are a myriad of species within the Fae universe.
The Light Fae is one of the two clans into which the Fae are divided, the other being the Dark Fae.
Members of the Light Fae may feed on humans in different ways, but according to The Blackthorn they do so only for food, not sport. Otherwise they seek to protect the humans if they can.

The difference between Light Fae and Dark Fae is not the same as the difference between Good and Evil, but more so of between order and chaos.
The Great War, instigated by The Garuda, took place between the two clans that would become the Light Fae and the Dark Fae. Following the conclusion of the war, the clans came to be known by their current names. They entered a period of relative peace due to the Blood Sage powers of The Blood King.
Four Noble families founded the clan that became the Light Fae: Clan Bukharin, Clan Fin Arvin, Clan Scafati and Clan Zamora. Clan Scafati was destroyed in Pompeii in 79 AD (which indicates that the founding occurred prior to that date). There are now ten Light Fae Noble families, including Kavanaugh.

Born in Hel, Bo is the daughter of Hadesand his prisoner Aife. She was taken away from her father's reach as an infant and left with a human couple that adopted and raised her. During her first sexual experience, she involuntarily killed her high school boyfriend by draining him of his Chi (life energy). Not knowing what she had done and why it had happened, Bo ran away from home. For ten years, before she was discovered by the Fae, she lived a life without friends or family, moving from place to place, and changing identities each time she killed again. Little is known about 's early life beyond the fact that her birth mother, Aife, gave her up as an infant so that her evil father, a Dark King, would not keep her. She lived with her adoptive human parents as "Beth Dennis" and grew up in Grimley, believing that she was human. Her deeply religious conservative parents often took her to church and, moreover, they taught her that sex was evil. Despite her upbringing, during her first sexual experience at the age of eighteen she was unable to control her urges and unintentionally killed her boyfriend, Kyle Williams, by chi-draining him. Scared and confused, she turned to her parents for their succor, but instead, they revealed that she was adopted. They informed Bo that they knew nothing of her origins and that the only trace they had of her past was a baby photo of her with the name "Bo" written on the back. Angered, she ran away from home, creating different identifications in order to escape detection, not only fearing that she was being sought for Kyle's murder, but fleeing after killing a sex-partner.

To destroy the creature, one must extinguish its heart. They are drawn by desire, particularly secret desire.
Recent Developments: As part of another plan to raise Christopher Poole, and Hassun Benson summoned the succubus to collect the life force of various victims. She sensed secret desire in Bourey Ma, whom she attacked, Kadeer Haque.
Distinguishing Features: Flowing dark hair and a pretty face while in human form, glowing eyes and horns when in demonic forms. She's a horny devil.
Special Abilities: She can present herself as the kind of woman her prey desires.
