A/N: woo another update! I hope you like it(: comment, vote, feedback xoxo(:

"good morning." Ashton barged into my room at 7 in the morning. Surprisingly I was already awake but who wouldn't be on their birthday?

"We brought you breakfast in bed." My mom and dad filled up the rest of the space in the room. Steven was holding a silver tray in the doorframe. On the tray sat a pile of golden pancakes covered in maple syrup and topped off with a neat pile of wipped cream with a strawberry balancing delicatly on the top.

God, my parents still didn't understand, every time my mother makes me pancakes she has to ruin them with syrup, and every time I tell her about her wrong doing.

"Happy Birthday" She said handing me the plate of food, besides the sryup if my mom cooked these they would probably taste god awful, but there did happen to be an apple on the tray.

"Please, don't sing to me." I begged when my mom opened her mouth. 'Her singing was about as good as her food.

"Why are you embarassed?, my little 16 year old." My mom grabbed my cheeks and squeezed them as hard as she could, I don't know how that was thrilling for her but whatever.

"Yes, my little mommy." I mocked her as I blew out the candles on the pancakes. I don't beleive in birthday wishes, but I quietly mouthed my wish anyways as I closed my eyes. "Now if you could all evacutate my room, I have to get ready."

"You are forgetting your present." Ashton grabbed my arm and pulled me out of my bed. I faintly smiled, leaving my mom at nothing but insanity.

"Look out the window." My mom pushed my back towards the window making me stumbled as I tried. I peered out the window across the street towards Mikey's house first, I wasn't sure how he was doing.

"So what do you think?" My dad asked pushing past my mom. I snapped out of my trance and looked down at the driveway.

"OH. MY. GOD." I screamed as I noticed a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu parked in the middle of the driveway. "Thank you." I hugged everybody in the room, even Steven, surprisingly. I had been waiting for this moment for ever.

"Have fun today, princess." My dad kissed my head before he shut the door behind himself.

I stumbled across my room to find my phone to check for text messages. There is something really thrilling about happy birthday calls or even text messages.

I had a few messages but I didn't care to look at them unless their names were spelt M.i.k.e.y.

none.

but it was techinally like only 8 in the morning.

but i did have texts from Sarah, Alexis, and McKay? Where was McKay?

I frantically opened it hoping for an answer "happy birthday, oh and by the way I'm at Alexis'" Okay, but I don't ever recall them meeting, EVER.

" happy birthday suggggaaar! see you in awhile."

"hey, happy happy birthday! See you at 11:00 SHARP!" Alexis' text said, they were obviously all at her house.

Vinny's adorable face showed up on the screen showing that he was calling me

"Happy Birthday." He shouted through the phone and I barely caught the phone from falling after I stuttered.

"Hey Vin."

"I'm coming over in about 10 minutes, be ready."

"be ready for wh-"

he cut me off mid sentence, what was I supposed to be ready for exactly?

I slapped the silver plate of pancakes of the side table, they just had to stay upstairs for a little longer until I could slip them into the garbage.
