A/N: Sorry it's been forever since I've updated, but I hope you like this chapter:) Tell me what you think
Today happens to be the first day of school, and also the first day since last school year that I get to see my other friends and such people.
"You look amazing." Spencer said wrapping his arm around my back when I met him at the front doors, exactly where hesaid he's be.
"You don't look that bad yourself." I said fixing a peice of his hair that was bothering me.
"Are you ready?" He asked leading me into the school.
"Ready." We laughed and walked into the school. It was kind of sad that Summer was over, and as much as I hate to admit it. This summer was probably one of the best I had in a long while.
I spotted Hannah and McKay and quickly ran up to them and hugged them. Since I had gotton back most of my time was devoted to Spenc, and I hadn't really had time to catch up with them.
"So are you two dating yet"?" McKay whispered in my ear as she looked over my shoulder at Spencer.
"No, not technically." I said aloud, winking at Spencer. He smiled and leaned over to whisper in my ear.
"Soon." His soft voice echoed around in my head, sending tingles through out my body. I watched his eyes as they waited for my reaction. The smile lit up my face but was soon followed by a soft kiss on my lips.
"oww oww." McKay and Hannah said almost similtaneously. I pulled away from Spencer's firm grip and smiled at them.
life was great.
Mikey's point of veiw
"I can't beleive that I'm actually doing this." I whispered, holding back the fear.
"You'll be fine." Vinny said quietly as he turned to Naomy giving her a warm look.
"Yay, Mikey!" Sarah smiled giving me a moment of releif.
"Good Luck." Alexis smiled pushing me to walk forwards.
and in that instant, was when I would take the biggest risk of my life.
Kalen's point of veiw
"Well that was fun." Spenc said throwing his bag onto the couch. This was the first time I had been to his house and I already felt at home. I was warmly greeted by his mother at the door, and already liked Spencer's family.
"You might wat to take off your shoes." Spencer said throwing his shoes by the door. "My mom is a little OCD about cleanliness."
"Oh I am not." His mom laughed as she picked up his shoes and placed them neatly by the door.
I politely took off my shoes and set them neatly by the door.
"I've heard so much about you." Spencer's mom said sitting on the sofa across from where Spencer and I were sitting.
I turned and looked at Spencer who gave me a wink. It thrilled me to hear that Spencer talked about me.
"It;s very nice to meet you." I smiled politely as Spencer's warm hands intertwined with mine.
"It's nice to meet you too." Her sweet smile illuminated the entire room. She had a very warm face. Shoulder length brown hair that was slightly graying, hazel eyes, and a welcoming smile.
I just stared at Spencer, trying to find something, anything to say, because frankly I'm not great at first impressions.
"So mom, did you know that Kalen lived in New Jersey for the summer?" Spencer pitched.
"I remember one time we went down to New Jersey for one of Spenc's baseball tournments when he was about 13 years old."
"Mom." Spencer warned as his face went bright red. I smiled at them both.
"and anyways, as I said he was about 13 years old, and we had decided to go down to the pier." She laughed quietly trying to grip onto the words. Spencer shook his head at her, and it was funny watching the embarassment show. "While we were at the pier, Spencer..." She continued laughing by herself. "Spencer, was walking with all his friends when his." She stopped again for about the sixth time and I looked at Spencer, who was now just embarassed by his mom.
"Okay, Okay, my pants got caught on a hook and I had walk around with a hole in the back of my pants for the entire day, and then I met Jwoww from Jersey Shore and had to explain to her what happened to my pants. It really wasn't that funny." Spencer explained taking the laughter out of the story.
"How about I make you two some cookies." His Mom said walking into the kitchen.
"Well that was embarassing." He said throwing his feet up onto the coffee table and clicking on the TV.
"Don't worry my mom is worse." I said realizing that Spencer hadn't really formally met my mom and dad. Since we really spent most of our time at the beach, I never had time to introduce them.
He clicked on the baseball game and totally and completely blocked me out.
"How about we watch 'Here comes Honey Boo Boo.'?" I offered grabbing the remote from his hands.
"You are lucky I lo-like you enough to miss the game." His words slipped and he was about to say that he loved me but corrected himself quickly.
"Here all explain the game for you. The Phillies are going to lose to the Dodgers. Enough said." I laughed and got up off the couch. "but don't you want to show me your house anyways?" I demanded instead of asked.
"I guess" He said clicking off the TV. His house was just as nice as mine, maybe even nicer than mine. and it was sparkly clean.
I stayed for dinner and met his father, who was just as nice as his mom.
"Thank you so much for coming." Spencer's mom waved as we headed out the door. She had begged and begged for me to stay, but unfortunatly I had to go home.
"Come back soon." His dad waved also from the dinner table as I felt Spencer's hand grab mine and close the door for me.
"I am so sorry about them." Spencer apologized as he helped me put my jacket on.
"Why are you sorry, that was fun." I admitted getting in his car.
We talked about the night on the way home, and Spencer had also invited me to a movie and ice cream tomorrow night.
"See you tomorrow." I said getting out of his car. I shut my door and quickly heard his shut after mine. I don't know what it was but he always insisted on walking me to my porch. I kept walking without turning around, and soon after felt his body next to mine.
"I had a great time." Spencer said stopping on the front porch. I leaned against the wall, knowing we would probably be out here for awhile. Hi arms rested above my head as he leaned closer to me.
"Me too." I smiled knowing this was a repeat of last night, only this time it wouldn't be our first kiss.
His lips met mine and we connected. My hands made their way up his body and to his jaw, while in one motion his arm moved from above my head to the curve in my back.
He forced me closer to him as we continued kissing. I couldn't beleive how much I had been missing out on all my life. Spencer was perfect for me and I was perfect for him.
The door quietly squeaked and I figured that it was my mom waiting for me to come in, and without even looking I slowly pulled away from Spencer, resting my hands against his chest. I couldn't find myself able to look away from his beautiful face. His gaze broke as he turned towards the door but quickly back at me, as udder shock filled his eyes when they locked with mine.
Now I was too scared to look at the door because I knew exactly who it was.
mikey.
