I'm 16 today which means I can find my mate, I turned last year which is rare to turn early, I wake up early and had a shower, I change into black skinny jeans, a tank top and converses, I had a birthday message from Jason and one from Carrie, I frown when I didn't have a message from Hazel who's 18 now.

I walk down stairs an Aunt Catina hands me a plate of pancakes, I thank her as I sat with my cousins at the table, there's Nicholas who's my age, Lexi who's 14, Luka & Sebastian who are twins and 12, Kira who's 8 and Cameron who's 4 1/2. I quickly eat before I went to Carrie's, I knock an Jason opens the door, he moved in with Carrie's family a few months ago "hey beautiful, come on in" He says letting me in and hugging me tightly.

I felt tingles, he kisses my head before pulling away "ok so this is a birthday present but its also our two year anniversary of when we started dating" He says handing me a small box, I gently open it to find the most gorgeous necklace "thank you, I love it" I said smiling an peck his lips before he helps me put it on an I shriek when Carrie runs down stairs and jumps at me.

"Happy birthday" She grins widely as Jason pried her off "thanks Carrie" I said chuckling rubbing my shoulder "come on, I got you a present" She squeals excitedly an drags me into the living room "Hazel?" I ask startled at my sister who grinned, I run into her arms "I missed you so much" She says holding me tightly "what are you doing here?" I ask grinning widely.

"It's your birthday, duh, plus I thought it was time to meet this boyfriend of yours" She says looking at Jason up & down "I'm not a serial killer" He says annoyed "you accused him of being a killer?" I ask raising an eyebrow at her "what?, I'm a protective sister! I'm not apologising for anything" Hazel says snorting, I roll my eyes an intwine my hand with Jason's.

"I got you a present but I'll give it to you later" Hazel says smirking "ok" I said giving her a look before we went to go get ice cream, Jason piggybacks me as Hazel tells me about Caleb doing a good job as Alpha but he lacks the ability to do the right thing when it comes to someone betraying the pack he instantly sends them to exile without hearing them out, apparently his girlfriend Buffy is sick of his shit but won't leave cause she loves him.

"So how are you and Jack?" I ask smirking at her "we aren't talking at the moment, not because we're arguing we just need some time apart until I tell Dad I'm pregnant" She says sighing as I squeal "ow" Jason says rubbing his ear "aww sorry babe" I said kissing his ear "well at least you find it good news, Dad is going to kill me" Hazel says bitterly.

"Maybe he'll be ok with it, Jack is a nice guy" I said shrugging "trust me, he'll be far from ok" She says as we reach the cafe, Jason puts me down before we walk inside. "I can't stay too long, I have to be back home by tonight" Hazel says sadly as we sat down "I'm just glad your here" I said smiling, she smiles before a waitress walks over and takes our orders.

"So how did you two meet?" Hazel asks curiously "well Jason is Carrie's cousin and she introduced us, it wasn't for awhile before we started dating though, its been 2 years today" I said happily as Jason wraps his arm around me "well I'm just glad your happy" Hazel says smiling at us as Carrie fake gags because she's the only single one here haha.

We ate our ice cream before we went back to Carrie's, Hazel stayed for a few hours before she had to go. Jason walks me home an I softly kiss him before I walk inside, I went to my room and raise an eyebrow at the large wrapped box on my bed, I shut my door and open it, there was something written on the side

It ended up being a new laptop because I told her last week that I dropped mine down the stairs and broke it, I send her a thank you message before I set it up on my desk "Emily, come down stairs" Aunt Catina yells an I sigh before I walk down stairs "happy birthday!" All my cousins yell as I walk into the living, my eyes filled with tears as I look at the decorated room, a large cake and presents sitting on the couch.

Aunt Catina hugs me "your parents would be so proud of you" She says softly before Lexi shoves me on a chair and hands me present after present before we ate cake and watched a movie, Cameron was on my lap asleep haha.
