Closer pt.5(final)

"Happy White Day, Jungkook."

Ding dong, the front door bell rang and I went to open it. As soon as I open the door, I was greeted by a bunch of white roses on my face. "Happy White Day." he said and I took the bouquet muttering a thanks. "So," he huffed, hands in his pocket. "For a special day today. Let's..." he pursued his lips for a while before he let his face close with me, ".. go on a date."

"Date is for couples, Jungkook." I stated making him shrugged, "As a friend then.". "Let's go!" he pulled me but I quickly stop him, "Let me change first.". He eyed my fashion, "You look okay though.". "Jungkook–"

"Fine. Go on." he rolled his eyes before I invited him in. He took a seat on the couch, his hand automatically found the cookies I eat just now. I went upstairs and get ready for this anticipated date.

"How do I look?" I asked him, getting me his answer, "Stunning as always.". I put my hands on my hip, making a look, "You don't even look at me, Jeon Jungkook.". He avert his attention from his phone to my reflection on the tv, "Stunning."

"Jungkook-"

"You always look beautiful no matter what, okay? Even if you wear big shirt with shorts, and hair in a messy bun, you will always look beautiful." he said, finally looking at me. My face went red making he smiled as he made his way towards me. "You always perfect." he caressed my cheek, "Just the way you are."

"Thank y–" the door rang again making Jungkook groaned in annoyance. "Damn the one who ruined this moment." he cursed under his breath making I giggled. I went to open the door and saw the usual delivery guy, smiling at me. "Happy White Day, Yunseo!" he wished before handing me some gifts, "This is from your fanboys and..". I took the gifts first before he continued on his words, "This is from me.". His cheek went a slight pink and I blinked. He what?

"I.. I didn't know–"

"Go away." Jungkook came out of nowhere and sent death glares towards him. He flustered before bowing saying sorry multiple times. "And take your chocolate with you!" Jungkook growled as he throw the chocolate. The delivery guy, who I'm pretty sure named Jin took the chocolate and ran for his life. I gave a look at the angry guy beside me, "Jungkook."

"What?" he snapped. "He is older than you." I shook my head and he took away the gifts from my hands, "I don't care. You belong to me as a friend and maybe more!". His face scrunched in anger as he dump the gifts on the sofa. I chuckled softly at his small jealousy, "Still, Jungkook. That is rude."

"Now can we go?" he asked, not caring what I just said. "Let's go." I pulled him up by his hand. He was still upset at the gifts I got. I lead him out of the house and lock the door as he wait patiently with a crossed arms. "Jungkook." I called and he asked with a mad tone, "What?"

"Jungkook." I called again and he finally turn his head, "Wha–"

I kiss his cheek lightly making he blinked the both of his eyes like a clueless puppy. Cute.

"Let's go." I then lead the blank Jungkook, ready for our first date activity together.

"Cookies and cream." he ordered and the worker gave it to him double scoop of the flavor I wanted.

We went out the store and he lick the ice cream before giving me some. "Nyum!" I exclaimed once the ice cream got into contact with my tongue. I didn't know that eating ice cream would be this... meaningful. Love really do makes the littlest things change, huh?

"Was the world always this beautiful before I knew you, Jungkook?" I thought to myself before glancing towards this bunny, eating ice cream like he never ate one. I chuckled to myself, answering my own question; I don't really remember.

"What?" he asked before my hand automatically wipe the corner of his mouth, "You look like a kid.". He grinned at me before proudly saying, "You love this kid anyway!". Yes, I really do. I shake my head at his statement making he pouted, "You love me!". The ice cream fall suddenly and both of us look at it. Blinking while in the state of daze. "What.." he let out.

I cracked into balls of laughter followed by him. "Oh my god that is so unexpected!" I laughed. "Put this cone away, let's go to the next destination!" he grinned, pulling me to somewhere only he know.

"Hm? It's your favorite song." he halt to a stop in front of a couple shop. I recognize the song immediately and smiled, "Closer.". "You want me to be closer? Okay then." he scoot closer and I pushed him away, our hands are still intertwined with each other,  "You know it's not that.". I laughed making he smiled.

"Hello there, cuties." the worker greet and we bowed our head at her. "Do you want a couple item maybe?" she asked and I look at Jungkook. He think for a while before one thing caught his eyes, "Piercing.". "I don't have a piercing, Jungkook." I stated making he pouted, "What a waste.". "Keychains maybe?" I asked and she nod immediately before taking sets of keychains to us. "Ice and Fire." he mutter, looking at the keychain. "Beautiful." I said before we took a decision to buy it. We thanked her before went to continue our walk.

"The wind here is so relaxing." Jungkook said, holding back his hair. "I know." I hold his hand as I carefully walked to where he was standing. After our walk and talk, we found ourselves at the beach. "I love the beach." I confessed and he grinned, "Me too."

The wind went strong for a jiffy making I automatically fall into his arms. He hugged me securely by the waist. I hug him back, both of us watching the sea in front of us. The wind calm down and I finally realized his heartbeat. Beating slowly, like a lullaby to my ear. I dug my head closer towards him and he let out a 'hm?'

I smiled at him, earning me his slight pinkish cheeks. "You keep melting me, Yunseo." he said, letting our forehead touches. Heat rises quick and I chuckled, "Stop.". "How can I hold it in?" he tilted his head making I look away, "I don't know.."

He suddenly sing the last verse of Closer. "So that my thin lips can touch yours." he rest his head on mine, looking at the same direction like me; the sea. "Tell me that you love me." he sing the last line and I quickly look at him. He raised one of his eyebrows with a 'what?' look.

I smiled yet again before hold his cheeks, "I love you.". Before he could process anything, I devour his lips with mine. He blinked multiple times at my action as my eyes were closed all the time. I broke the kiss and gave him a small smile. "You–" Jungkook open his mouth to talk just to close it again. "I– you– what–" he stammered in confusion.

"Happy White Day. You give me a kiss during Valentine's day and I think I'll need to repay it." I grinned and he let out a disappointed 'oh'. "So.. it means, you love me as a friend?" he asked with a full disappointment on his face. "More than a friend." I confessed and his eyes widen, "You wha–"

"I love you, Jungkook."

"I.."

His eyes stay on the waves as he breath deeply, "I..". "Oh my god, am I dreaming like last night again?" he steps away from me and I frowned lightly. "This must be a dream. Yeah, like always." I didn't miss the word 'always' before he slap himself hard making I quickly went up to him, "Jungkook, are you okay?". "This is not a dream?" he blinked and I look at him, "Yeah..?"

"Really?" he started to smile widely. "Yes, Jungkook. Why–"

"Oh god, I love you!" he suddenly hug me and spun me around the mid-air. I laughed out loud as he spun me around and around. "I'm not dreaming right?" he questioned as soon as he let me down. "Yes." I nodded my head and he hugged me again. He kissed me and both of us smiled into the kiss.

"Oh, and I love you too." he confessed before kissing me again, not caring if our legs are wet from the sea waves. We hug each other after our small kiss, his head rested on mine, hands hugging me around my back, my hands around his waist. "Yunseo." he called.

"Hm?"

"Would you be my girlfriend?"
