Jules actually tumbled into the house after I opened the door, looking in all directions as she first registered my presence, then Alex's, but not Grayson's.

"Where is he?" She asks before Alex points directly to the living room, giving up his cousin pretty much straight away.

"Alex, you're so mean," I tell him with an amused smile across my face.

"Hey, I totally want to see what happens here." He shoots his hands up in defense. "I'm really bloody excited to see this."

Before Jules could make her way into the living room, she took a chance to turn on her heel and look into the mirror in my hallway, first smoothing down her hair, pulling down her top and hiking up her boobs, causing Alex and I to look at one another, both trying our hardest to suppress our huge bouts of amusement of the entire situation.

She then turns back to us again, pressing her lips together and then points to them.

"Do I look okay?" She flicks her raven hair over her shoulders, pulling at her top again. "I mean if I knew he was here, I wouldn't have worn my denim shorts, I would have worn something a lot more stylish."

"Okay, Jules," I place my hands on her shoulders in an attempt to calm down her erratic breathing. "You're turning full fan girl, do you really want to be that first impression on Grayson?"

"I'm not turning full fan girl!"

"You literally sprinted her, Jules!" I shake her by the shoulders. "Snap out of it! You're a Perfect by marriage! We're not like this!"

"But do I look okay?!" She ignores my comments. "I have to look okay in front of Grayson Wiseworth!"

"You know I can hear all this, right?" Grayson's slightly muffled voice speaks from beyond the living room door, causing Jules to gasp and almost hit her own face as she covered her mouth with her hand with such force.

"He's in there!" She whispers but in a stupidly excited manner as realisation hits her hard, and she's now bobbing up and down on her feet to showcase how excited she is. "Oh my God, I'm so excited!" She continues on whispering.

"Just... Calm down, yeah?" I tell her, slightly worried over the entire situation. "He's... Delicate."

"I heard that!" Grayson yells, causing Alex to smirk as he shoves his hands into his pockets.

"Annoyingly, Jules you weren't this crazy when you first met me," Alex reminds her, but then his own face falls. "I mean... Neither of you two were like this when you met me, that's so unfair!"

I only look at Alex with an eyebrow high and a pursed lips, and then turn back to Jules again.

"Are you ready?" I ask her, leading her to nod multiple times with her hands together and against her lips. "Promise you're not going to freak out?"

"I won't freak out." She promises almost too fast. Well... It was the best you're going to get out of Jules.

"Are you ready Grayson?" Alex calls through the door, mocking his cousin. He is revelling in the situation. He's so mean to his cousin! "We're coming in!" He calls again, his hand on the doorknob.

"May I remind you that I've only had about two hours sleep last night!" Grayson says like it was an legitimate excuse not to let this happen.

Alex opened the door to find Grayson at the other end of the room, holding a cushion against himself that he found on my sofa.
