Chun stuffed his face in her bare back
He didn’t fall asleep at all. He was too busy trying to find a way to break the awkward silence when she woke up. He wasn’t sure why he was worrying over it though.
Surely she wasn’t mad at him. She couldn’t be.
She was the one who left him, and what she got last night was what she deserved.
He didn’t plan any of it.
He was surprised that when he came for her she didn’t push him away last night. But he could feel her nails digging into his back.
His memories of last night were interrupted by Ella waking up.
He kissed her shoulders making her shutter at his touch as if she forgot that he was there.
Without having the nerves to talk to her, he collected his clothing and left the room with Ella crying.
She felt so stupid.
She didn’t want to cry anymore.
And yet the tears just kept on falling.
She figured the tears were from her weakness,
Chun.

Ella walked down the stairs seeing Selina’s arms around Jiro waist.
She gave them a weird look, but said nothing.
“Ella! You’re awake!” Hebe cried.
“Yep. What’s going on here?”
“Well, we wanted you to go shopping with us. I still need some help with the accessories for my wedding. Can you come?”
Ella looked at Mary giving her a nodding sign.
But still she struggled for a minute and agreed. “Just let me get my bag, I’ll be back.”
Ella found her bag where the servants put her clothing back in the master bedroom with Chun.
She was about to leave when Chun came out of the bathroom. “Where are you going?” Chun asked seeing her with her bag.
“Out. With Hebe and Selina.” Ella answered.
“Thinking about running away again?” Chun asked reaching for her arm.
Ella rolled her eyes. “No.”
“Good, let’s go.” Chun said and pulled her along.
“Wait, I’m going with Hebe and Sel-”
“Well, that’s where I’m going too then.”

Chun held Ella’s arms the whole time while shopping.
Ella could have sworn that she had a bruise from his grip.
“Chun, can you hold her a little more tenderly?” Selina asked seeing Ella massaging her arm.
Chun ignored her and stared at Ella getting frustrated with his hold. “She doesn’t like it tender, Selina. You should ask her about last night--”
“Wu Chun!” Ella shouted.
“Ohhh…our ‘Little Ella’ isn’t so ‘little’ anymore.” Hebe joked.
“You sure seemed to like it yesterday.” Chun smiled.
“Wu Chun!” Ella shouted again. She was getting embarrassed and Chun saw that.
