Kakei speeds off his bike and reaches the cafè . Just as he he entered the cafè, the first thing he noticed was the huge chandelier that lit all the corners of the cafè.
The cafè was all shiny and the walls were smooth and colorful . What made the the walls even more decorative were Saori's paintings.
The same huge painting that Kakei bought was the center of attraction. Kakei could see that all the colors and designs and everything of the cafè were all in their right place .
"Woah...." Was the only thing that came out of Kakei's mouth
Saori was there taking the orders of a customer as there were not enough staff. Saori noticed Kakei and waved at him. Kakei waved back and then went to the changing room.
After changing Kakei started his waiting service. After a while, It was lunch break so the staff closed the cafe for 1 hour and went to the kitchen to have lunch.
Kakei was having lunch and then Saori approached him
"Sorry I couldn't find the time to talk earlier."Saori said as she sat down next to Kakei
"Naa, it's fine . You were busy,No?"Kakei said swallowing his food
"You can say...Kakei" she said as she called him
"Yes Saori?"Kakei said looking at her
"Thank you. Thanks for renovating this cafè "Saori said while smiling at him
Kakei smiled back and said " Haha, you're welcome!"
After the lunch break was over . Kakei got back to work . Customers arrived and went . It was almost evening when a group of customers arrived at the cafè
A group of 3 young boys came in to the cafè and just as they did Kakei went to greet them
"Welcome!Please enjoy your stay"Kakei said to them
Saori who had just came out of the manager's office saw them and said "Hey aren't they..."
The customers looked at Kakei for a while but said nothing and took a table
"Hey Samuel, Isn't that Kakei?"Agi-kun whispered to him
"Yeah, but why is he working at this cafè? I'm sure that he doesn't remember us ."Samuel said
"Oh he doesn't alright. I've already met him. He was at the arcade."Kanda said while closing his eyes and getting irritated
"Excuse me, gentle men . Can i get your order Please?" Kakei asked them
"Hey don't you remember us , really?!"Kanda said standing up
"Huh! You're that guy from the arcade ... Sorry i don't really remember you "Kakei said scratching his cheeks
"Oi, Kanda! Introduce yourself first !"Agi-kun said
"Sorry for the trouble . Actually we were best friends...that is before you lost your memories. "Samuel said to kakei
"....So you guys....were my best friends...Mum used to tell me about you guys..."Kakei said smiling tragically at them
"Yes Kakei....we were your best friends but ....one person is missing..."Agi-kun said
"Yeah...Praj-kun is missing...."Kanda said
"Huh? (The scenario tragic scene changed ) Did you just say Praj-kun?"Kakei asked them
"Yeah, the Praj. The famous doctor ..."Samuel said giving off a sigh
"Yeah ! That guy suddenly wanted to become a doctor and topped all the exams ..."Agi-kun said
"......WHAAAAAAAAATTTTT????!!!!!!!! " Kakei shouted
"Eh? What happened?"Kanda asked
"Praj , he's actually my doctor!"Kakei said
"......WHAAAAAAAAATTTTT????!!!!!!!! " All three of them shouted
"Eh? What now?"Kakei asked
"Isin't he in America?"Kanda said
"No he'a here. He comes to my home every month!"Kakei said
"That guy....we promised we'd go to the same college all 5 of us , Agi , Samuel, Kanda , Praj and You.... "
"....Maybe ."Kakei said
"Huh?"all three of them said
"Maybe we can still fulfill the promise! I have to join another college soon!"Kakei said
"really?!"Agi-kun said
"Yeah!"Kakei said
They talked for a while exchanged their numbers, ate and as it was time for them to go, They saw Saori
"Hey! Have i seen her some where?"Agi-kun said
"Hmm...I think i've seen her somewhere....Kakei who is she?"Kanda asked
"Oh her! She's Saori. From our old school. You guys...don't know her?"Kakei asked
"Saori....Ohhhh!"Samuel said
"I see why you joined this cafè in the first place "Kanda said
"Kakei."Agi-kun said
"Yes?"Kakei replied
"I'm rooting for you" Agi said
"Huh!? What're you saying??"Kakei said
"Nothing ! "They said as they left
As they left Kakei , after a while Kakei's head started aching. It became a bit worse so he bid Saori goodbye and went to his house where his sister was waiting for him
"Welcome home brother !" She said
*Pant* *Pant* "Sis....I'm not feeling well...."Kakei said as he fell unconscious on the floor
