Kakei used to be leading a boring life. Everyday was the same for him. That is, until he met Saori. Trying to change himself and trying to change his boring life until one day he suffers an accident that costs him his memory.
Kakei was suffering from Dementia. A disease that is still prevalent in various parts of the world. It has no cure and therefore Millions. Yes, MILLIONS of people die every year due to this. A dementia patient suffers from memory loss, unusual pulse rate, decrease in visual perception and also sometimes personality change.
There are many types of dementia but most of them are progressive. Meaning that they start slowly and gradually worsen.
I've said this before. There is no cure for this disease. So the end result is always death.
So what in the piggy's world causes Dementia then?
Depression, Damage in brain cell and other damage to the parts of the brain cause Dementia.
Kakei was hit by a truck when he was young that caused damage to his brain cells and damaged the cerebrum. You might know the function of cerebrum right?
Can you imagine that a person who you are so close to suffering from disease like this? It will cause them to forget everything about you.
Therefore Awareness is a must for this horrible disease.
Now let me tell you what happened to Kakei,
Last week Kakei died in his home, No one knows about this, except me. You might question what about this mother, right? Well...After a few days after Kakei died, his mother committed suicide...
He choose the decision to stay at home with his family when he could go to the hospital abroad. I think he chose the right decision. In stead of dying in vain, He made some of the best memories in his last days.
You guys might not know but when I went to investigate his home, there was a picture of Kakei and Miss.Saori riding a rollercoaster and there was also a picture of us when we went to the farewell arranged by Cafe Latte. I'll show you the picture of the rollercoaster next time but I managed to snatch the other picture.

You can see Takeshi and Miya on the back there. Jin, the short guy in the front. Then there's me, the one winking and next to me is Kakei. The one in the middle is Saori.
We told a person on the road to take the picture for us while we were walking. 3 of us were walking in the front then the other 3 were following.
Jin actually looks a little small in this picture but he's the same height as Saori.
