You cannot help some things.
Do not say you're sorry when there isn't a thing you could possibly do.
Example: I'm cold and alone.
'I'm sorry'
Don't be. You don't have a car to come to me.
Only be sorry if there's a car in your driveway but you're still home.
I understand when there's isn't anything you could do.
I don't want you to feel sorry for something you can't control. I don't want to make you sad that you can't do anything either.
It is how it is, and it's okay.
