Before you read, please be aware this could be triggering to those who maybe have intrusive thoughts.. This is how I currently feel and I do not want/mean to condone any negativity in my readers.
How do you really feel right now? On a scale
From 1-10, 10 being very happy and 1 being very sad, how do you feel? Personally, I'm a -2 at a minimum. Or, maybe I'm not. Maybe I'm just angry. Haven't you ever had the feeling where you have some sort of... Of animal, trapped in a cage, and it's not sure how to escape? Scream, cry, sleep, go for a walk.. It would probably go away.. But you're too stubborn to let go of your feelings, so you sit there, not doing any of the things that could help. You just do what you can to make all the feelings worse. You don't talk to people, -or, if you do, you decipher everything wrong.- You become even more depressed; That person isn't interested in talking, as you're probably wasting their time. You become irritated, even livid; They didn't respond the way you wanted, so it seems they don't care. Don't you mean anything to them? You become unsure in general. Aren't my emotions just a little overboard? Do I really feel this way? I'm probably fine. It's all in my head. Are my feeling justified? Am I crazy? Well, aren't we all.. No.. Just me... This is all me.. But it's alright. It will pass, but suffering isn't fun.. In the mean time, tell me. How do you feel on a scale of 1-10?
