A fragile thing

A fragile thing; Trust
Too carelessly thrown about.
Too often is it omitted,
Too often is it disregarded,
Too often is it fragmented.

You forget that trust is like paper.
Once creased,
It shan't return to its original plane.
It may get close,
there will be the flat surfaces between creases, But every time you misjudge my trust,
Another crease is added;
the planes slowly shrinking.
