Shelby

I sat on the hospital bed, wondering about Tyler.

Yes, his name felt familiar. I knew there was some history, because I feel the pressure over my brain when ever I think of him. But he was the only thing I knew right now.

Just then, the door opened really wide and really fast. It was a girl. Well, three of them.

My first thought about them was that they were almost the same person. Well, that's a lie. Their hair is different from each other. But they all acted and moved the same.

They slowly walked over to me once they saw my frightened expression.

"Hey, Shelby." a girl said. "So, we have just learned from the nurse that you have amnesia. He's going to tell us more when he returns tomorrow. If you don't know who I am, my name is Liz."

"I'm Addie. Sorry, I'm really shy, so I'm bad at talking to people, even if I've known them for, like, ever."

"It's fine." I smiled as I talked.

"Hi. I'm Sasha. If you want to know, I was born in-"

"Maryland." I finished.

She looked at me shocked.

I take that back.

They all looked at me shocked.

"Sorry. That was rude. I should've told you that I have slight memory flashes. Like someone will started talking and I'll instantly say something."

"That's... Actually kind of cool." Liz said.

"Really? Cause I hate it."

"That's odd." Addie said.

"What can you tell me about yourselves?"  I asked.

"We, uh, we were in the accident with you." Addie said.

"Oh. What happened?"

"Addie and Sasha were tired, so you drove them home-"

"I drove?" I asked.

Shoot. I could've killed them.

"You were, but the accident wasn't your fault. Someone swerved into us and you hit your head."

"So, no one else was hurt?"

Liz winced.

So, someone was hurt.

Addie whispered, "Let's not talk about this now. I'll tell you later."

We ended up talking for hours, until visiting hours were up.

Right when they left, I fell asleep.
