Chapter 11

Shelby

I was waiting patiently for Sasha, Liz and Addie to arrive at the hospital.

What would I say to them?

How would I say it?

I debated on how I would tell them.

I decided on telling them everything but slowly and 'hopefully' they won't freak out.

Because-

Hey, I've had my memory back for a while now. And bonus! I'm pregnant!

-Doesn't sound good.

But I had not time to think anything through because Sasha almost knocked the door down, running into the room quickly. Soon, Sasha was followed by Liz and after her, Addie.

Dang, Sasha was fast.

They sat down at the end of my bed.

"What-" Liz took a deep breath. "-is it that you wanted to tell us?"

I'm just going to blurt it out.

"I remember." I said.

They all squealed and shared their screams.

"YES!" I heard Addie say.

"Wait, guys." I said.

"Yes?" Liz asked.

"You can't tell anyone."

"Why?" Addie asked.

"Because it'll make things more complicated. Also, I have more to tell you." I said.

"What else is there?"

"I'm pregnant."

It took a few seconds for them to register what was happening, but they all squealed.

Again.

Then Addie and Liz abruptly stopped.

I forgot.

Liz is pregnant.

But she's not smiling with me.

Oh.

Oh no.

"You didn't-"

Liz nodded sadly and scrunched up her face, but no tears came out. 

Instead a smile.

"Who's the father?"

"I don't know, I just found out I was pregnant."

"Surely you'd remember who you had sex with-" Sasha took a slight pause. "-unless you slept with multiple people!"

"What? No. I haven't slept with anyone."

"You mean you're a virgin?" Addie asked.

"No I'm-" I sighed. "I'm off topic." I realized. "The last thing is that-"

My nurse ran in. "Shelby, we need you in the ICU right now." She turned to my friends. "You need to get out. You can comeback tomorrow."

"What's happening?" Liz asked while being pushed out of the room by my hospital bed. 

"I don't know." I said while taking a final look at Liz, Addie and Sasha.

Sorry chapters are taking so long. I just had exams and other school things going on.

I will try to have at least one update a week, but I will aim for two.
