Chapter 35

Once we all were ready, we walked outside and went to the beach.

We are ocean front, so all we have to do is walk outside and BAM! Beach.

Liz was holding everyone's towels, and I was holding the umbrella.

While everyone was running to the beach, Liz and I set up a place to rest.

I set the over sized umbrella in the sand, being sure that it was steady.

Liz put some of the towels down and I carefully laid them out on the sand.

I heard Max and Ross behind me.

They were carrying the cooler and beach chairs.

"Thanks, guys." I said. 

I set up two chairs under the enormous umbrella and sat down.

The cooler was in between the other chair and me. 

Liz sat down in the other chair.

"Hey, we're going to go down to the ocean for a little bit and vlog, but we'll be back." Max said.

"Okay. We'll be here." I said.

Ross and Max turned around and ran towards the beach.

Adam and Alesa walked next to us, vlogging.

Alesa was holding Mason.

Luckily, I was wearing a t-shirt over my swimsuit.

"Hey, guys! What's going on over here?" Adam asked us vlogging us.

"We're eating food." I said while Liz was stuffing her face with donuts.

"I see.." He turned the camera out towards the beach and Alesa walked towards us.

"Sup." She sat down on one of the towels, Mason on her lap.

"Hey, Alesa." I said.

"I'm probably going to go out into the water, and I would love it if you could watch him while I swim."

"Oh yeah! You go on ahead to the beach whenever you want." Liz said.

"Thanks! Maybe Adam and I could babysit your kids when you go out or maybe while you record." Alesa got up.

"No problem! And that sounds like fun." I said.

Alesa ran towards the beach.

"Man, she just had a baby, like, six months ago and she still has it." Liz said.

I laughed at how Liz said it. "She sure does."

After Liz chilling with Mason for a little while, Ross walked over to us.

"Liz, do you want to come into the ocean with me?"

Liz nodded. "Sure." She turned her head towards me. "Could you hold him?" 

"Yeah." I picked up Mason and put him on my knee bouncing my leg up and down.

"Hey, Mason." I said in a high pitched voice.

He made a baby noise back.

I smiled and grabbed Mason's bottle and started to feed him a little bit.

While I was doing so, I looked around at the beach.

Red and Addie were building a sandcastle.

Well, mainly Red. Addie kept 'accidentally' knocking it down.

And Red kept fake screaming.

I laughed to myself.

I looked at Mason and saw that he was done eating.

I took the bottle away and started to burp him.

After he burped, I looked at the ocean again.

Sasha and Cory were slow dancing in the ocean, that is until Adam and Alesa splashed them.

I could basically hear the giggles from here.

I turned my head to see Tim and Em. She was running away from him and Tim was diving after her.

Tim was underwater, but when he came back up, Tim was holding Em.

I could actually hear them. "TIM LET ME DOWN!" She yelled.

"Okay." Tim grinned.

I looked around.

Liz and Ross were splashing at each other.

I smiled.

"Hey, Shelby." I heard a voice say.

I instantly recognized that voice.

"Hey, Max." I said. "Why aren't you in the water?"

"I was thinking. If we're raising this baby together-"

He paused and grabbed something.

"We should be married." He said.

"So are you proposing to me, or..."

"I guess I am. But, we should buy the ring together so that you actually like it and I don't have to worry about you not liking it if I chose it."

"Okay." I smiled. "Okay. Okay."

"I love you." He said.

"I love you too." 

And we kissed.
