Chapter 22

I slowly opened my eyes to the light shining through the curtain. I looked up to see Simon still asleep as I lay on his chest. I cuddled into him closer as he grip tightened around my body. He was so warm and I felt so cosy against his body.

Simon and I stayed at the sidemen house last night, we thought it would be easier to stay with the guys. They were happy for us to stay and we ended up having a fun night. It was a good distraction from everything that has happened and Simon was finally feeling a lot happier. We watched films, ate nandos and even helped the guys record videos.

Simon began to wake up and I could feel him kiss my forehead. I slowly raised my head and looked at him.
"Morning beautiful" he said as he kissed me again.
"Morning handsome" I replied back with a kiss.
We were talking for a bit then we heard someone knock on the door.
"Come in" Simon said. Vikk walked into the room with his school bag in his hand.
"Morning you two, erm Olivia, I was wondering if you were going to school today?" Vikk asked me.

"Err I'm not sure tbh, I don't feel ready" I replied. "But what about your exams? You should really go to lessons so you can revise" Vikk said.
"I know, I need to revise but I'm scared to go back, everyone is gonna say things behind my back and call me names" I said feeling scared.
"Olivia, we are gonna be with you the whole time. At least one of us will always be in one of your lessons, so you won't be alone. Just try for one day and if it gets too much then you can leave" he added.

I then looked at Simon "what do you think i should do?" I asked. "Whatever you feel comfortable with but Vikk is right. You need to study for your exams but if things get too much for you then come home" Simon said. I guess I could try and go in today, I'm scared of what everyone will say but at least I'll have my friends with me. I took a deep breath before sighing and answering Vikk's question "ok, I'll go" I said and Vikk came over to hug me.

*30 minutes later*
I was ready for school, I had breakfast and I was getting my stuff ready. Simon got dressed and was making himself something to eat. All the other boys were ready to leave. "Now Simon are you sure you're gonna be alright here on your own?" Josh asked.
"Yeah, I'll be fine" he answered.
I walked into the kitchen towards him and hugged him goodbye. "Good luck today Olivia, you're gonna be fine and remember, I love you" he said as he kissed me.
"I love you too" I replied with another kiss and then left with the boys for school.

*At school*
We arrived in school and was walking towards my class. I had English first with Josh and Ethan, so happy I have them with me. As I walked through the corridor towards my class, I was getting looks from everyone who walked past. I heard them whispering and saying things about me but I ignored them. Then I heard someone shout behind me as I was about to walk into class.
"So you decided to come back eh? Why did you bother? No one wants you here, you slag!" Tears began to fill my eyes and I turned around to see Tiffany standing there laughing at me with her friends.

"Why don't you and your little group of sluts back off" Ethan said as he walked over to Tiffany. "Oh yeah and what are you gonna do?" She said to him.
"Just leave her alone, it's your fault that she's in this mess" he said.
"I don't care, she shouldn't have moved onto my man" she said as she got closer to his face. "He wouldn't have gone out with you even if you were the last person on earth, he doesn't date attention seeking whores" he said back. "You're just jealous, you know what I don't have time to talk to pathetic people like you" she replied.
"Just leave my friends alone" and with that Ethan turned around and walked back over to me.

"Thank you" I said quietly as I hugged him. "No problem, she needed to be told straight" he said back and with that we both walked into our English class.

Throughout the day people have been coming up me and asking me about what happened with Simon. I've also had people say horrible things to me and talking about me behind my back. But luckily, I've had my friends with me the whole time, who have stood up for me and I can't thank them enough for that. I would've had a huge breakdown if it wasn't for them.

The last lesson of the day had finished which I just had with Harry. We were both walking to meet the others, when I was stopped by a teacher. "Ah miss White, we heard you were back. The headmaster would like to speak to you right away in his office" she said to me. Oh no, this can't be good.
"He's expecting now so if you could go and speak him that would be great" then she walked away. "Oh god, this is not gonna turn out well" I said to myself. "Want me to come with you?" Harry asked.

I gulped "no thank you Harry, I need to do this on my own. I got me and Simon into this mess and I'm gonna get us out. Tell the others to go home and I'll meet you guys there" I told Harry. "Ok, if you're sure"
"I'm sure" I replied and hugged him goodbye.
I then walked inside and continued to walk to the headmasters office. I then stood outside, looking at the door. I got a flashback of my first day here, when I was standing outside, nervously waiting for my introduction to the school. Except this time, I wasn't here for a good thing.
