Chapter 54

Simon's POV

I was currently sitting in my cell, God I'm so bored. I hate it here, it's the same thing day after day. I can't wait to get out of here, I have about 7 months left of my sentence. It would've been a lot longer but luckily they took a year off my sentence. But there's one thing which I'm scared about, Olivia will give birth to the baby while I'm still in prison. This made my heart break, I won't get to be there for the birth of my child.

I could feel a tear fall down my face as I thought more about it. Just then my cell door opened up and a guard was standing there, looking at me. "Minter, you have visitors" the guard said as he stepped aside.

I wiped my face from the previous tears and got up and walked out of my cell. The guard then lead me to the visiting room and opened the door. I walked in and saw Olivia, Josh and Tobi. I'm so happy to see their faces, my smile grew when I saw them. They had the same reaction when they saw. I walked over to Olivia and kissed her and hugged the guys.

"I'm so happy to see you guys, you have no idea how bored I have been in here" I said with a big smile on my face. "We're happy to see you too Simon, we have something to show you" Olivia said as she looked in her bag.

I looked curiously at what she was doing. Seconds later she pulled something out and handed it to me. "It's our baby Simon" she said smiling back at me. I was lost for words, I looked at the picture in front of me and couldn't take my eyes off it. I was looking at my baby, our baby. He/she is so beautiful. Another tear escaped my eye as I continued to look at this picture. "He/she is beautiful Olivia, that's our baby" I said as my voice sounded slightly shakey from crying.

"I went to have my first scan this morning, the guys came with me. I wish you were there Simon" she said as he eyes sparkled in the light. "What did they say, is everything ok?" I asked concerned. "Everything is fine, she said the baby is very healthy and the pregnancy is going perfect" she said as he smile grew. She was practically glowing.

"I'm so happy to hear that, this has made me the happiest man alive. Getting through the rest of my time in here will make everything so worth it. Because when I come out, this little one will be in my arms and I can be the best father I can be" I said as another tear fell down my face.
"Simon you're going to be an amazing dad" Olivia said as she held my hand. I then wiped the tear away from my face and handed the picture back to Olivia.

"Keep it, so you can look at the picture every day and think about what will be waiting for you when you get out" she said as I saw her getting a little upset. "Are you sure? This is the only picture" I said looking putting my hand on her cheek. "Yes I'm sure, I want you to have it" she replied with a smile.
"Thank you" I whispered as I pulled her into a kiss.
"I love you Simon" she said as another tear escaped her eye.
"I love you too Olivia and this little one" I said kissing Olivia again and resting my hand on her stomach.

"Minter, times up" the guard said as he stood and watched us. I sighed and rolled my eyes but not in the guards view.
"I'll see you next week" Olivia said as she stood up. I walked around and pulled Olivia into a hug and kissed her. "Goodbye beautiful, I'll see you soon. And goodbye to you too little one, daddy loves you and he can't wait to meet you" I said as I kissed Olivia stomach.

I said my final goodbyes to Josh and Tobi and watched as they walked to the exit. Olivia glanced back once more and I blew her a kiss before she disappeared from the door.

As I walked through my corridor back to my cell, I couldn't help but look at the scan picture. I smiled to myself knowing how happy I'm going to be when I finally leave this place. I have so much to look forward to, I just need to get through the last 7 months of my sentence. And this picture, is going to help me through it, all the way.

I kinda have writers block at the moment. Also I'm so sorry if these chapters are all repetitive. There's not much I want to write about other than Olivia's pregnancy and seeing Simon in prison. The next few chapters should begin to change as I'll be skipping forward. So yeah I just wanted to apologise, in case it's got quite boring. I'm sorry.. Again.
