Chapter 42

I was about to walk into my maths exam, my heart was pounding. As I walked into the hall, I put my bag down in the corner and walked over to the desks. I had to find the desk with my name on but like what happens with every exam, you can never find your name and you look like an idiot just walking around trying to find it.

When I eventually found my name, I took my seat and waited patiently for the exam to begin. The nerves were really kicking in but I was determined that I was going to try my best. I'm doing this for Simon, of course for me too but mostly for him. I wrote my name and other information on the front page and waited for the examiner to start the exam.

"Ok you may start your exam" I heard the examiner say. I opened up the exam booklet onto the first page, I read through the first question and by surprise I actually knew what it was asking me to do. It didn't take me long to figure out the answer, I then smiled to myself slightly, this is quite easy.

I turned over to the next page and well.. Let's just say my smiled faded quickly. What on earth is that about? I questioned myself as I read through the question, I didn't understand and its only the 2nd one. Oh god, ok Olivia calm down, you got this. Just go to next question.

I turned the page again with some hope left but that also faded away. I know none of this, I have no idea what these questions are. I was in trouble, none of these questions are what I revised.
But then it suddenly hit me, Simon taught me this in one of his tutoring sessions. Now if I can just remember what he said...
It was hard to remember because all I did during those sessions was gaze at him, I didn't even pay attention to what he was saying.

Wait! I remember now! I grabbed my pen quickly and began to write workings out on the page, till I eventually got the answer and wrote it down. Simon thank you!

*Time skip to end of exam*
"Ok put your pens down, the exam is over" I heard the examiner say. Luckily I finished before the time ran out, so I didn't have yo worry about rushing.

I then stood up and walked over to get my bag and made my way out of the hall. I was walking down the corridor and making my way out of school when I saw someone I really didn't want to see.
It was Tiffany.. and before I could turn around without her noticing me, I heard her call my name.

"Hey Olivia, how's your boyfriend these days? Heard he got banged up, well you have me to thank for that" she said as she began to laugh with her friends. That's it, I've had enough of this bitch.

I turned around and faced her while she continued to laugh. I then walked over to her, my expression full of anger and frustration. "Aww is Olivia gonna go hide in the toilets again and cry? Aww poor little baby" she said as her friends laughed along with her.

I approached her and without saying a word my fist came in contact with her face. She was knocked to ground, shock written on her and her friends' faces. People started to gather around us and began to laugh at Tiffany.
Tiffany was holding her face while still lying on the floor.

Josh and Tobi then ran over to me and looked at Tiffany on the floor. "Nice shot" Tobi said with a chuckle.
"Aww is Tiffany going to cry now because someone faced up to her? That's what you get for being a bully and a bitch to everyone and I think I stand for the whole school when I say, you're pathetic" I said as I walked past Tiffany, who was still on the floor.

But before I walked out, quickly backed up s I was in her view. "See ya" I said as I did a peace sign from the top of my head and walked outside. "I can't believe you just did that" Josh said to me as we got outside.
"What? She deserved it for everything she did to me" I replied. "Oh I know, I'm glad you did it. I'm just shocked you had that in you" he added while laughing.

"She needed to be taught a lesson and that's what I did" I said as we walked outside of the school gates. "So how was your exam?" Tobi asked me.
"It went ok I guess, I remembered a lot of things because Simon taught them to me, so I really hope that helped" I replied to him. "I'm sure you did great, Simon will be so proud of you" Tobi added as he smiled at me.

"1 exam down, 5 more to go" I said as me, Josh and Tobi made our way home.

I apologise if this chapter isn't as long, I've had a busy day and I'm pretty tired.
